The price list is valid for stays longer than 5 nights.

Additional paid parking - PLN 15/day.

Children up to 3 years old who sleep with their parents - PLN 60.

Stay from 15:00 to 10:00.

Reservations are accepted by phone or e-mail. The reservation is valid after the deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay.

Rooms with bathrooms.

Each room has: a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table, chairs or armchairs, a 32" LCD TV, Wi-Fi, a fridge, a kettle, glasses, bed linen, a blanket, and towels.

Two rooms with bathroom. In one room double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe. In the other room two sofa beds, wardrobe, table chairs, fridge, kettle.

The kitchen is available in the main building.

In each case, the kitchen is shared within the building for all guests.

On-site facilities include:

For the youngest, there is a playground with a slide, sandbox and swings.

In Ustronie Morskie and the nearby towns you will find many attractions: the Helios swimming pool at a distance of about 200 m, the Ustronie Morskie aquapark, the botanical gardens - Dobrzyca, cod fishing - Kołobrzeg, the rope park - Koszalin, numerous bicycle routes (direction Mielno, Kołobrzeg).

On the premises there is a shared kitchen for guests with a dining room for individual use.

Within a few steps there are home-cooked meals, bars, fish and chips shops, restaurants of various categories, grocery stores and many catering outlets.

The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time close to the center and various attractions. The sea is only 50 meters away.

Our biggest advantage is the proximity of the sea and the beach. We are only 50 meters from the sea. Leaving the property we are on the road leading to the promenade and you can see the sea immediately.

We invite you to relax in our facility on the edge of the sea in pleasant surroundings.
