The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

The price of the stay at the Villa includes: breakfast, parking, use of the sauna, gym and salt cave.

Tourist tax - payable in cash on arrival: PLN 2.2 / person / day.

Pet PLN 30-50 per stay.

A child up to 1 year old in a baby cot: PLN 70/day.

When booking, we require a deposit: 30% of the stay value, the remaining amount - payable in cash on the day of the guest's arrival.

All our rooms and studios are equipped with a bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, induction hob and fridge.

The rooms include: wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi), TV, bed linen, towels.

Some rooms have balconies and mountain views.

We also have a duplex apartment for 6 people.
The apartment is located in Kowarska Old Town.
From the apartment there is a view of Rudawy Janowickie and Śnieżka.

On the premises: ski room, bicycle storage room, parking lot, garden, Hunter's Cottage with a fireplace, place for grilling.

We accept pets, you just need to inform us in advance about your willingness to come with your pet.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility.

The history of Willa Karkonoska
Our Karkonosze adventure began in Kowary. A cozy apartment in an old tenement house has become a springboard from the week-long race. Here we rested, exploring the mountain trails of the Karkonosze Mountains and we were together all the time - us, the children and the dog. It turned out that life so far was not fully satisfying for us - we were not fully ourselves in it, and returning to Stargard we impatiently counted down the days until the next weekend in the mountains. This prompted us to make a decision which, according to many people, showed the loss of the remnants of reason - we will live in the Karkonosze Mountains!
Looking for a place with a soul, history and unique character, we came across the Abir guest house - we immediately knew that it would be our place on Earth - our Willa Karkonoska. We believe that it will become such a place also for you and that you will fall in love with it as much as we do.

Sauna, gym, salt cave at guests' disposal - included in the price of the stay.

A playground for children (slide, wooden footbridge, mini climbing wall) and a lot of space to play in the garden.

For spending time together: Hunter's Cottage with a fireplace - a goat.

In the garden - an outdoor tub with a jacuzzi - for a fee of PLN 80 / hour / maximum 4 people at a time.

For the active guest: hiking trails, cycle lanes, ski lifts and slopes, cross country skiing.

Breakfast is served in the dining room.

Kitchenettes in all rooms.

Distances:
* 3 hours to the top of Śnieżka,
* 15 min. to the historic Wang Temple,
* 50 m to the nearest cross-country trails,
* 550 m to the Pod Wangiem Ski Station,
* 100 m to hiking trails.
