The starting price is based on a 4-7 night stay, calculated per person/night, and is variable and depends on the season and length of stay, with a 15% increase for weekend stays and a 5% discount for each week over 7 days.
For children up to 3 years old we apply a 50% discount.
The price includes hotel service with bed linen and parking in a monitored car park with the addition of a local fee of PLN 3.30/person/day.
The pet's stay is a flat fee of PLN 15/night.
The lowest prices are outside the tourist season (April and October) and the highest during the New Year's Eve and New Year's period, when the stay must be booked by December 10.
Outside the New Year's Eve and New Year period, we do not charge any advance payments.
Once we receive acceptance of the room and price, we will send you a booking confirmation.

Rooms with balconies, including 3 with an additional entrance through the balcony/terrace enabling communication with the garden and parking lot, as well as wheelchair access from the street to the rooms with private bathrooms
and comfortable hotel beds.
Shared dining room and kitchenette for 4 rooms, richly equipped with all necessary kitchen accessories.
The rooms have fiber-optic internet with Wi-Fi and TV with 40 channels.
We practice welcoming guests to their rooms with brief but comprehensive information about the facilities, how to contact the hosts and providing the regulations with the "VACATION GUIDE" containing a lot of useful information about over 100 entities that can help in various circumstances that our guests may encounter.

The facility is picturesquely located in the city center, 30 steps from the promenade, on a quiet hill covered with a green belt, with a flowered relaxation garden for vacationers, with a fountain,
2 ponds and a waterfall cascade.
In front of the building there is a barbecue and 3 sets of garden furniture for outdoor dining by the pond, lawns and colorful flower beds with a panoramic view of the Karkonosze Mountains.
On the property there is a monitored parking lot, free for our hotel guests with easy access by car, also in winter, snow cleared with a snow blower. Entering the protected zone causes an alarm and interest from the host.
We also cordially invite tourists with their pets.

In front of the building we have organized a relaxation garden for holidaymakers with a barbecue and 3 stands with garden furniture for outdoor dining and a lawn for playing and sunbathing.
A fountain and two water features connected by a waterfall cascade, controlled by motion sensors, arouse children's interest.
These facilities and dining corners among the ornamental shrubs are illuminated with light garlands creating a friendly atmosphere.

The facility has a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, for preparing your own meals, a refrigerator with 2 shelves for each room, according to its number, and a microwave, electric stove, kettle, frying pans, pots, plates, glasses and cutlery, boards, cloths and dishwashing liquid.

The facility is located 20 km from the district town of Jelenia Góra, on the main route to the chairlift to Szrenica, with its priority snow removal, in the city center, 30 steps from the promenade,
on a hill surrounded by a green belt that muffles the noise of the street, creating a quiet corner from which shops, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are within reach.
Lewiatan, Biedronka, Żabka and Netto supermarkets are located within 50 - 200 m from the facility.
The nearest ATM is at Lewiatan, 50 m from the building.
The bus stop is 300 m from the building and the railway station is on the outskirts of the city 1200 m away.
Two hiking trails, yellow and black, run along the street in front of the building and lead to the Karkonosze National Park, Śnieżne Kotły, Szrenica and Hala Szrenicka.
Distance to forests rich in mushrooms in both directions along the above trails - 1 km.
The central location of the facility among tourist attractions is an excellent base for local trips and trips to nearby cities at equal distances of 160 km to Prague, Dresden and Wrocław,
9 km from the Winter Sports Centre in Jakuszyce and the border crossing with the Czech Republic, from where it is only 4 km to Harrachov.
