The starting price is determined for a stay of 4-7 nights, calculated per person/night, is variable and depends on the season and length of stay, with a 15% increase for a weekend stay and a 5% discount for each week over 7 days.
We offer a 50% discount for children up to 3 years old.
The price includes hotel service with bed linen and parking the car in a monitored parking lot, plus a local tax of PLN 3.20 per person per day.
The pet's stay is PLN 15/night.
The lowest prices are during the off-season (April and October) and the highest during the New Year's Eve period, when the stay is required.
After collecting all the data needed for the reservation and receiving the acceptance of the room and price, we send a confirmation of the reservation.

Rooms with balconies and an additional entrance through the balcony enabling communication with the garden and parking lot, as well as wheelchair access from the street to rooms with their own bathrooms, comfortable hotel beds, with a shared kitchenette and dining room richly equipped with all necessary kitchen accessories.
The rooms have fiber-optic internet with Wi-Fi and TV with 40 channels.

There is a monitored parking lot on the property, free of charge for our hotel guests, easily accessible by car, also in winter, snow cleared with a combustion snow blower.

The pond and drinking corners among the ornamental bushes are illuminated with light garlands creating a friendly atmosphere.

The facility is located 20 km from the district town of Jelenia Góra, on the main route to the chairlift to Szrenica, with priority snow removal, in the city center, 30 steps from the promenade, on a hill surrounded by a green belt that muffles street noise, creating a quiet corner from which shops, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are at your fingertips.
