Second floor: 7 rooms.
Five rooms have private bathrooms, four of which have balconies overlooking the garden. Two rooms share a bathroom. Two rooms on the second floor have a shared kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchenware.

All rooms have TVs, beach equipment (screen, blanket, deckchairs), and cordless kettles.

On the side of Leśna Street (front of the building), free parking spaces for guests.
From Wczasowa Street there is a garden with a kitchen, a slide and a swing for children, as well as benches, tables and barbecues for guests.

The facility is open seasonally from June to August.
