The price depends on the number of people and the season.

Additionally - resort fee of PLN 5 per person per day.

The stay begins at 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

On holidays, New Year’s Eve, May weekend, Corpus Christi weekend prices are set individually.

We have two types of houses:

1. Single-story houses for 4-6 people.
Each cottage has: a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchenette and a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms.
The cottages have wireless Internet and satellite TV.
The cottages have underfloor heating.

2. Semi-detached house , which consists of 2 separate parts. Each part has 7-8 beds.
On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms, on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom and a terrace with garden furniture.
Each cottage has cable TV and wireless Internet.
The cottages have central heating.

Free parking on site.

It is possible to use the sauna and jacuzzi for an additional fee.

In the garden there is a barbecue area, a fire pit (we provide free wood), a hammock, deckchairs, and a garden swing.

We have 10% discounts at three restaurants in Kudowa Zdrój.

The facility is monitored.

Bicycles can be rented for a small fee.

In the garden there is a playground for children - sandbox, ladders, slide, stork's nest, swings, trampoline, house, badminton set, football goals, basketball set
