We offer a year-round, comfortable apartment in a new building, for 1-5 people.
Apartment with an area of 39 m2.
The apartment consists of: bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom.
Bedroom with large double bed.
Living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed.
Kitchenette equipment: fridge, dishwasher, hotplate, microwave, dishes.
In the apartment: internet access, TV, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, deckchairs, screen, washing machine.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment and smoking is strictly prohibited.

New residential building, 59 apartments.
The premises is located on the third floor in a 3-story building with an elevator.

There is a parking lot in front of the house.

In the building: lobby, bicycle room, gym, viewing terrace on the roof of the building.
For apartment guests there is the possibility of cheaper bike rental for the entire stay.

APARTMENT STAY REGULATIONS
- The Owner provides the Guest with the use of the entire apartment along with the furniture and equipment.
- The Guest undertakes to use the Apartment only for residential purposes - it is forbidden to organize parties in the Apartment.
- In case of loss of apartment keys, the Guest will be charged for the gate remote control.
- He is fully responsible for any damage or destruction to walls or equipment.

- The owner has the right to charge a cash deposit, which will be refunded on the day of departure if there is no damage.
- The Owner of the Apartment is not responsible for personal items left in the apartment in the event of theft.
- In the event that the Guest disturbs the peace, the owner reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay in the Apartment

and is then not obliged to provide a refund for the unused period of stay.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
- Reservation of stay after prepayment of 20% of the total price.
- The guest has the right to cancel the reservation, but the prepayment is non-refundable.
- In case of shortening the stay during its duration, payments are non-refundable.
- The day begins at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Smoking, bringing animals and frying fish are prohibited in the Apartment.
- The rented Apartment must be left in the same condition as on the day of arrival.
- In the event of any disputes, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
