We charge a deposit of 30% of the amount for the stay. The advance payment should be made within 2-3 days of making the reservation.

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge, 15-30 days before arrival - 50% prepayment, and less than 14 days before arrival - 100% prepayment).

The Trzy Siostry Settlement offers seven comfortable, year-round wooden cottages, providing a total of 42 beds. Each cottage has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind, ensuring a pleasant stay any time of year.

Bedrooms: Each cottage has 2 cozy bedrooms

Living room (sofa bed, TV)

Kitchen (fully equipped - fridge, electric kettle, induction hob, coffee maker, kitchenware, toaster, set of dishes and kitchen accessories)

Bathroom with shower

Each bathroom has a hairdryer for your comfort.

Bed linen and towels

We provide fresh linen and towels to make your luggage lighter and your stay even more enjoyable.

Electric heating in the cottages will ensure a comfortable temperature regardless of the weather.

Coffee terrace

The spacious terrace in front of the cottage is the perfect spot for a morning coffee with a view. In winter, ski racks are also provided on each terrace.

Pet-friendly place - pets are welcome, but we charge an additional fee of PLN 25/day for pets.

Within the Osada Trzy Siostry resort there is a restaurant - "Przyjaciółki".

Our restaurant menu is open daily from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Our restaurant specializes in Polish cuisine, prepared with fresh, local produce. You can also purchase a buffet breakfast at our restaurant with your stay.

Despite its proximity to nature, our location guarantees access to all necessary amenities. Nearby, you'll find an Orlen gas station, a Biedronka supermarket, a Pepco clothing and household goods store, a Rossmann drugstore, a bus stop, and a train station.

The settlement is also a great base for exploring nearby attractions and hiking trails. In winter, the ski slopes are just 7 km away, with easy access from the settlement to National Road No. 8.
