3 people - from 480 PLN/day

4 people – from 500 PLN/day

5 people - from 510 PLN/day

6 people - from 540 PLN/day

Minimum: 2-4 nights (depending on the period)


Off season:
Up to 4 people – PLN 400/day
Another person – +50 PLN
Minimum: 2 nights (1 night with an additional fee of PLN 150)

Pet fee: PLN 50 for the entire stay (upon prior arrangement).

Check-in from 15:00 to 22:30.
Check-out from 6:00 to 11:00.
Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of a deposit of 30% of the stay value within 2 days of making the reservation.

Our cottages are designed with comfort in mind, but also to allow you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the place.

In each cottage you will find:
● two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds,
● a living room full of daylight, with a fold-out sofa bed and a table,
● fully equipped kitchenette – perfect for family breakfasts or evening conversations over tea,
● bathroom with shower,
● hall with space for personal belongings,
● prepared bedding and soft towels – so you can immediately feel at home.

You don't need anything else to relax - just the desire to stop and immerse yourself in the peace of this place.

The center includes:
● playground for children,
● sitting area, grill, bonfire area
● Wi-Fi access,
● parking for guests,
● space for skis and sleds in the winter season,
● and soon also an intimate SPA zone.

Smoking is prohibited in the facility.

We accept pets, subject to prior arrangement. Pet fees apply for the entire stay: 50 PLN.

Or perhaps a hot air balloon flight will tempt you? Take off directly from the resort grounds – it's an unforgettable adventure with views that will long remain in your heart.

Our cottages nestle in a sunny clearing, surrounded by gentle hills and a rustling forest, just 2 km from Duszniki-Zdrój. It's the perfect starting point for adventures both small and large – you can climb Szczeliniec, get lost in the magical Rock City, immerse yourself in the tranquility of the spa park, or feel the wind on your face while skiing down Zieleniec. And then… return to a place where evenings are quiet and peaceful, and the air is crisp and clean like nowhere else – the kind you'll want to breathe deeply.
