- Hotel day: from 17: 00 to 15: 00, it is possible to individually adjust the time of departure and arrival,
- It is possible to change the date of arrival and departure after prior arrangement,
- In the event of resignation from the rental, the deposit is not returned,
- Early departure does not entitle to request a refund for unused accommodation,
- May and June Long Weekend - rental for a minimum of 4 days,
- New Year's Eve - rental for a minimum of 4 days,
- For Sports/Cultural Events/Concerts, a special surcharge may apply.

3) Sunny Przymorze ul. Obrońców Wybrzeża 6C, Gdańsk Przymorze district, 2-room apartment 31 m2, level: 3rd floor + elevator, balcony 4 m2, North-South apartment, max. 6 people (2 doubles and 2 singles = 6 sleeping places).
Parking - located directly in front of the blocks - free (applies to all apartments) or guarded parking about 2-5 minutes on foot from the apartments, e.g. ul. Kolobrzeska 53.
Apartment equipment:
1) Rooms: comfortable sleeping places with bedding, LCD 32", cable TV, CD/radio, INTERNET Wi-Fi, table, chairs, wardrobes, chests of drawers, lamps and other furniture and equipment.
2) Kitchenette: electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, kitchenware for 6 people, cutlery, knives, spices, glasses, bowls, pots, frying pans, etc.
3) Bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine (not available in apartments 5 and 6), hair dryer, toilet paper. Note: there are no towels in the service.
4) Additional equipment: safe (not available in apartment 1), ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, maps, tourist guides.

Our apartments are located in very well-connected points of the Przymorze district, between the districts of Wrzeszcz, Zaspa, Oliwa, Jelitkowo, Żabianka and Sopot and the beach of Zatoka Gdańska. In the immediate vicinity there are: SKM public transport (Fast City Rail), ZTM (tram, bus), Shopping Centers (ALFA Centrum and Galeria Przymorze), shops, restaurants, cinemas, pubs, fitness clubs, gyms, swimming pools and others.

Their location perfectly suits people who like typical year-round recreation, as well as stays related to work or study - proximity to AWFiS, University of Gdańsk, Gdańsk International Fair, Oliwa Cathedral, Ergo Arena, ENERGA Stadion, zoo and many other places. we have a fold-out cot with bedding, a high chair, a potty, a stroller and a baby bath - no additional payments (we charge a deposit for lending).
