The minimum rental period is 1 week.

We do not rent for 24 hours.

We will cooperate with companies.

Payment in advance in cash or transfer.

We issue invoices and simplified bills.

Prices:

- 1 day - PLN 30 (for monthly rental),

- 1 week - PLN 400,

- 2 weeks - PLN 600,

- whole month - PLN 900.

We offer furnished rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people.

In each room there are beds with bedding,

Possibility to rent the entire building.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available:

- fully equipped kitchen (household appliances, kettles),

- two bathrooms (4 showers, toilets),

- washing machine.

The shared kitchen has a microwave, fridge, dishes, oven and gas stove.

Free Internet access throughout the facility.

The area is fenced, there is a place to rest and 1 parking space.

We provide comprehensive service for premises, utilities and ongoing repairs.

Great location, just 5 minutes from the railway station in Elbląg.

There are shopping malls, shops, banks, etc. in the area.
