Welcome to our year-round cottage with a garden!

We rent the cottage for 3 to 8 people . Prices range from 500 to 850 PLN per night.

Detailed price list per day:

* 3 - 4 people: 500 PLN

* 5 people: PLN 600

* 6 people: PLN 700

* 7 people: PLN 800

* 8 people: PLN 850.

Prices depend on the length and date of stay and may be higher during: holidays, vacations, weekends (3 days) and
long weekends (> 3 days). Price promotions are also used when prices may be lower.

Stays of at least 3 days are preferred.

Prices include: energy and heating costs, water costs, bed linen and cleaning products, parking fees and WIFI fees.
Prices are negotiable.

Please pay a deposit of 30% to 50% of the cost of your stay within 2 days by bank transfer.

The remaining amount for the stay is collected by the resident on the day of the guests' arrival.

During their stay, guests also pay a resort fee of PLN 2 per person (per night) . This fee is payable upon arrival. The fee is collected by the resident handing over the house keys to guests.

Year-round cottage with a garden for 3-8 people, exclusive use of the cottage (approx. 70 m2).

Built in 2003, located on the border with Murzasichle, close to Bukowina Tatrzańska and Małe Ciche.

In the cottage:

*on the first floor - 2 bedrooms (4-person with a balcony and 2-person), bathroom with shower (towel rail) and wardrobe.

* on the ground floor - living room with TV/radio, sleeping place for 2 people (from the living room there is an exit to the terrace and the garden, in the living room there is a large wardrobe), kitchen, bathroom with shower (towel heater).

Kitchen equipment: 4-plate electric cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, electric toaster, kitchen utensils and pots, tableware, platters, cutlery, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets.

The cottage is equipped with: maintenance-free electric heating, maintenance-free water heater, wireless Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial television.

For children, there's a bathtub. Access to the first floor is via stairs from the living room, secured by a lockable railing.

The cottage sleeps 8 people: in a 4-person bedroom, a 2-person bedroom, and a 2-person living room. Guests have access to 4 fold-out double sofa beds. The cottage also includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a walk-in closet. The bathrooms feature towel warmers.

Around the house - a beautiful garden with lush vegetation - spruces, pine trees, thujas, and dwarf pine.

Guests have access to a sunny terrace with garden furniture (table and 2 benches), 2 barbecues.

For children - sandbox.

The house and grounds are fenced. On-site parking is fenced for three cars. The grounds are monitored by cameras.

Access to wireless fiber-optic Internet (WI-FI) in the house. Digital terrestrial television - in the living room of the cottage.

No campfires are permitted in the garden, the immediate vicinity of the house, or in the surrounding forest. Fireworks are also prohibited in the house or its garden.

During New Year's Eve, a spectacular fireworks display takes place in the immediate vicinity of the house, properly secured and monitored, organised every year by a large holiday resort run by our neighbours.

There is a sandbox for children.

* thermal pools and Spa (Therms in Bukowina Tatrzańska - 5 km, Therms in Białka Tatrzańska - 13 km, Therms Gorący Potok in Szaflary - 8 km, Therms Podhalańskie in Szaflary - 8 km, Therms Zakopiańskie - 10 km),

* hiking and cycling routes , interesting mountain trails in the area towards Morskie Oko, Polana Rusinowa and Gęsia Szyja, towards Kopieniec and Hala Gąsienicowa,

* Ski lifts and slopes (Harenda, Suche, Galicowa Grapa, Gliczarów, Małe Ciche, Murzasichle, Bukowina Tatrzańska, Rusiński Wierch, Kaniówka, Remiaszów, Białka Tatrzańska, Jurgów, Czarna Góra). Ski schools and ski equipment rentals are available here.

* The border crossing to Slovakia is at Łysa Polana and Jurgów , from where there are many beautiful mountain hiking trails in Slovakia. An attraction for children is the Strachankowo Family Park in Źdiar, Slovakia, equipped with playgrounds, a magical forest, and a fairy tale trail (behind the border crossing in Jurgów). Open from June to September. There is also a restaurant here. Behind the border crossing in Jurgów are many ski lifts and slopes in Slovakia,

* New! SkyWalk at Polana Zgorzelisko in Małe Ciche (an 854-meter-long treetop trail). Here, you can enjoy an extreme suspended playground inspired by spider webs and cocoons. Access to the top is via a gentle path or an extreme path, with shortcuts using climbing nets. You can also take a chairlift to the top. At the top, glass terraces and panoramic views await visitors. SkyWalk is open year-round.

For those interested in history:

* possibility of visiting historic wooden highlander houses (Stasikówka hamlet) and wooden guesthouses from the interwar period built in a style inspired by Witkiewicz's (Zakopane) style in Bukowina Tatrzańska,

* historic churches: in Poronin, in Murzasichle and in Małe Ciche, a wooden chapel in Jaszczurówka designed by Stanisław Witkiewicz.

Other:

* possibility of organizing a horse-drawn carriage or sleigh ride in the vicinity of the Kośne Hamry estate, combined with the organization of a bonfire, towards Bukowina Tatrzańska and Małe Ciche.

Nearby, there are a number of interesting regional restaurants – in Poronin, Małe Ciche, Murzasichle, and Bukowna Tatrzańska. Some restaurants offer live highland music. Takeout meals are also available, with delivery from some nearby restaurants and bars. Dining is also available at friendly neighboring holiday homes (3 minutes away).

There are many supermarkets and grocery stores in the area, including the Żabka and Lewiatan chains.

The cottage is located in Poronin, on the border with Murzasichle (500 m), near Bukowina Tatrzańska and Małe Ciche. It offers a picturesque and charming setting with views of the Tatra Mountains. The cottage is located away from the center of Poronin, offering a unique holiday experience, yet close to Zakopane. Nearby are forests, a river, and numerous hills. The Tatra National Park is also nearby. Numerous ski lifts and winter trails are nearby. Horseback riding is available (3 minutes away) and in Bukowina Tatrzańska (5 km).

Nearby, there's a wide selection of thermal pools (Bukowina Tatrzańska, Białka Tatrzańska, Szaflary). Further afield, there's the Thermal Baths in Zakopane.

A large network of grocery stores and supermarkets in the area (Poronin, Stasikówka, Bukowina Tatrzańska, Murzasichle). In the center of Poronin (4 km) - the railway station, post office, 2 pharmacies, health center, ATM.

A comfortable cottage in a charming setting with views of the Tatra Mountains . The garden boasts lush vegetation—spruces, Swiss pine, arborvitae, and dwarf mountain pine—ensuring a truly intimate stay. Located away from urban agglomerations, the cottage offers exceptional relaxation. It's also close to Zakopane. Recommended for families.

Many easy-to-follow walking trails in the immediate and distant surroundings, such as towards Małe Ciche, Gliczarów Górny, Kotelnica in Białka Tatrzańska, and Wierch Rusiński. Nearby are well-known and popular mountain hiking trails and towns with ski lifts. Nearby are interesting mountain trails in Poland and Slovakia.
