Pool house. The house can comfortably accommodate 13 and a maximum of 18 people.

* Two separate rooms - apartments, each with a kitchenette. In the room: bathroom with shower, large bed for 2 people, additionally a sofa bed and a single sofa bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, table, small TV.
* Between the rooms there is a living room with a billiard table, which, when covered with a tabletop, becomes a banquet table. In the living room there are also: table football, sofa, table, chairs, coffee table and microwave.
* From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace connected to the garden. A perfect place for a barbecue regardless of the weather.
* On the terrace there is a tennis table, banquet tables, benches and chairs.

The entire ground floor consists of two rooms with a living room and a covered terrace - perfect for 4-8 people with children, it can accommodate up to 10 people including the living room.

On the first floor - in the same house - apartment: 2 triple bedrooms with a nice view, living room with lounge furniture and TV. Small billiards and table football. The kitchen in the living room is fully equipped (pots, plates, tableware, microwave, small fridge, 4-burner gas stove). The whole is designed for 6 or 8 people. * separate small room for 2-3 people with a bathroom. The room has: a double bed, a fold-out sofa, a bathroom, a wardrobe, a TV, a desk with a 2-burner stove, a small fridge, a kettle and small kitchenware.

BIG HOUSE - APARTMENT - 10 persons
The upper floor and the attic of the large house are self-contained - apartments with separate entrance, approximately 210 m2, for guest use only.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms with TV (2 bedrooms for 4 people, 2 bedrooms for 2 people, 2 large living rooms).
Fully equipped kitchenette with large fridge and dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen with oven.
A lounge area with sofas, armchairs and TV. In the living room billiards, table football and various board games.
From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with terrace furniture.
The apartment has one large bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a shower and a second small one in the attic with only a toilet and a sink.
The apartment is ideal for a group of 8-10 people, but it can accommodate 12 people, including the living room.
Due to the location of the apartment, loud parties are excluded.
