Prices depend on the number of people and the date of stay.

The price starts from PLN 120 per person and is valid when 4 people use the apartment at the same time.

from June 1 to September 14 from PLN 340 - up to PLN 360 (per day for 2 people), each additional person PLN 70

Other dates: PLN 330 (per night for 2 people), each additional person PLN 60 per night. Long weekends and holidays: price determined individually depending on the number of people and length of stay.

Your reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total stay price. We will notify you of this in the confirmation email. Failure to pay the deposit within 5 days of making your reservation will result in your reservation being canceled. The remaining 75% of the amount and the refundable security deposit must be paid on arrival.

Rules of stay:

The day lasts from 2 p.m. one day to 10 a.m. the next day.

We do not accept guests for one-day stays.

In case of cancellation of your stay, we do not refund the deposit.

If you need to leave early, we do not refund any unused days.

We charge a deposit of PLN 200-300 depending on the length of your stay.

We do not host pets.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment.

Paying the deposit constitutes acceptance of the rental conditions stated above.

Each apartment has a separate entrance.

Pod Skarpą Apartment (entrance from J. Winieckiego Street) - bedroom, living room with kitchenette, corner room, bathroom, hall.
The apartment has an area of 58 m2, can accommodate 2-5 people, is fully furnished and equipped.

The kitchenette is equipped with: fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, pots, dishes, cutlery.

In the apartment: Wi-Fi internet, LCD TV, radio, bed linen and towels, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, camping chairs.

Pod Modrzewiem Apartment (entrance from M. Mokwy Street) - bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, hall.
The apartment has an area of 43 m2, is suitable for 2-4 people, fully furnished and equipped.

The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, gas hob, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, pots, dishes, cutlery.

In the apartment: Wi-Fi internet, LCD TV, radio, bed linen and towels, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, camping chairs.

Each apartment comes with a fenced, private parking space.

Guests have access to a place to relax in the garden.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility.

Pets are not allowed.
