A comfortable, year-round home for six people. Inside, there's a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine), a toilet, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each with three beds in a variety of configurations.

The cottage is situated on a large plot (1 hectare), right next to a forest and the Brennica River. Easy access to the property, with parking available.

Guests have exclusive use of a private, outdoor tub/jacuzzi - guaranteed relaxation.

For active people, there are hiking trails and numerous cycling routes. Those who enjoy active recreation will certainly not be bored. The facility is located right on the river.

A settlement located under the Malina mountain, from which there are picturesque views.

Right next to the promenade leading to the very center of Brenna - 400 m.
