Self-contained and fully equipped apartments with independent entrances.
There are two twin apartments on the ground floor that can be connected:
- GRAY 55 m2 apartment with balcony.
- 45 m2 BLUE apartment.
1st floor:
- Studio 35 m2 CHECKED.
2nd floor:
- Studio 35 m2 WHITE.
- Studio 40 m2 RED with balcony.

The GRAY two-level apartment, 55 m2, located on the ground floor, with a balcony and two bedrooms, for 4-7 people. Entry directly from the street.
On the high ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) in a built-in niche. 39 inch TV, UPC decoder, Wi-Fi Internet available.
On the lower ground floor, a small bedroom (10 m2) with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a folding armchair and a 32 inch TV. A dining room with a kitchen equipped with a large table with chairs and pouffes, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave oven with a grill, an induction hob, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and an electric grill. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer and towels.
Guests can also use an iron, ironing board and beach equipment.

Two-level apartment BLUE, 45 m2, located on the ground floor, with one bedroom, for 2-5 people.
On the high ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a fold-out armchair. There is a 46-inch TV, UPC decoder, Wi-Fi Internet available. Additionally, a toilet.
On the lower ground floor there is a dining room with a kitchen equipped with a table with chairs, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave oven with a grill, a ceramic hob, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, an electric grill, a cooker hood and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower, washer-dryer, hair dryer and towels.

The kitchenette is equipped with: a table with chairs, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven with a grill, a ceramic hob, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a hood, a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and towels. Washing machine available upstairs.

The kitchenette is equipped with: fridge with freezer, microwave oven with grill, induction hob, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine.
The bathroom has a large shower, hair dryer, towels and a washing machine.

The kitchenette is equipped with: fridge with freezer, microwave oven with grill, ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle, pots, dishes and cutlery.
The large and sunny bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, towels and a washing machine.
