Independent and fully equipped apartments with independent entrances.
On the ground floor there are two twin apartments with the possibility of connecting:

GRAY Apartment is a 55 sq m duplex apartment located on the ground floor, with a balcony and two bedrooms, sleeping 4-7 people. Access is directly from the street.
On the raised ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) or two single beds (90x200 cm), and a bunk bed (90x200 cm) in a built-in alcove. A 39-inch TV, UPC decoder, and Wi-Fi internet are available.
On the lower ground floor, a small bedroom (10 sq m) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a fold-out armchair, and a 32-inch Smart TV. The dining room and kitchen are equipped with a large table with chairs and pouffes, a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave with grill, induction hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, and electric grill. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and towels.
Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board and beach equipment.

BLUE Apartment, two-level, 45 m2, located on the ground floor, with one bedroom, for 2-5 people.
On the raised ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a sofa bed (140x200 cm), and a fold-out armchair. A 46-inch TV, UPC decoder, and Wi-Fi internet are also available. A separate toilet is also available.
On the lower ground floor, the dining room and kitchen are equipped with a table and chairs, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric grill, extractor hood, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, washer-dryer, hairdryer, and towels.
Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board and beach equipment.

CHECKERED Studio with an area of 35 m2, located on the first floor, designed for 2-5 people, with windows facing the courtyard.
Equipped with: a continental double bed (140x200 cm) with a comfortable mattress, a fold-out sofa (140x200 cm), a fold-out armchair (80x190 cm), a 42-inch Smart TV, Wi-Fi Internet.
The kitchenette is equipped with: a table with chairs, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave with a grill, a ceramic hob, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a hood, and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and towels. A washing machine is available on the floor above.
