A summer cottage in the summer season (June, July, August, September) for up to 4 people costs PLN 500 per day (it does not matter whether there are two or four people in the cottage, the price is the same), similar prices may apply during Easter, May Day, Christmas and New Year.
Additional people in the cottage pay an additional PLN 100 per person per day. This is the total cost of the stay per day without any additional charges for energy, parking and other media.
We have holiday homes for up to 4 people, as well as for up to 6 people.
The summer season is from 15.06 to 15.09, for other dates prices are negotiable.
Pets accepted - additional fees apply: PLN 50/day. We accept tourist vouchers.
In Międzyzdroje there is a resort fee of PLN 3.50 per person per day of stay and it is collected in full by our company on the day of arrival to the Międzyzdroje City Hall.

Summer houses, which can accommodate from 1 to 6 people (we recommend for 4 people). The house consists of: a living room with kitchenette and mezzanine and a large fold-out corner sofa for two people, a separate bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The mezzanine is accessed by stairs.
The mezzanine has two single mattresses for two people.
In the cottages: wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi), TV, cordless kettle, fridge, microwave, electric stove, TV-SAT.
In the kitchenette there are dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses.
The cottages are fully equipped, insulated, and have pellet stoves for the autumn and winter periods.

The summer houses are characterized by modesty and simplicity while maintaining the greatest possible privacy of our guests.
At guests' disposal: barbecue fireplaces, banquettes, car park, playground, basketball court, badminton, ping-pong, volleyball court, swimming pool, darts and an open Finnish and infrared sauna, infrared therapeutic lamps, during autumn and winter.
The area is fenced and protected, monitored in the privacy of the forest and the Wolin National Park, very quiet area.

For children, there is a large playground, a roofed swimming pool, mini-basket and badminton courts, ping-pong, and a full-size volleyball court.

We can also visit underground training grounds with underground bunkers from the Cold War, the magnificent Turquoise Lake after a flooded chalk mine, magnificent views from the Zielonka Hill on the panorama of the Szczecin Lagoon, a vantage point on the Baltic Sea, a bison reserve - the largest in the country. A natural museum with many exhibits of our nature, an aquarium with magnificent fish and shellfish, numerous bicycle and walking paths.

We invite you to the family-run, wonderful Keja Restaurant, which recommends delicious dishes of sea fish fried and grilled in the oven, as well as various meat dishes, both fried and grilled in the oven. The restaurant is located in the Amphitheater, next to the Międzyzdroje Pier. For guests of our resort, we have discount vouchers to use in the Keja restaurant (available at the reception).
Walking along the road towards the sea there are small catering outlets and shops.

The facility is located right next to a beautiful forest, in the middle of the Wolin National Park, there is one straight street leading to the sea, a 15-minute walk, we are in the western part of the city.
On the street you will find full service and commercial infrastructure. The beach is 800 m away. Near our center there is a Netto, Biedronka and Dino supermarket where you can buy various products.
