Domek Maja & Villa Maja z widokiem na morze

In the months of July and August, rooms are rented for a minimum of 5 nights.

The stay in the rooms lasts from 16.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure.

In July and August, the cottage is only rented from Sunday to Sunday.

The stay day in the house lasts from 14.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure.

Outside the mentioned summer months, the booking period and arrival and departure are possible by individual arrangement subject to availability.

In the "Villa Maja" renovated in 2021, rooms are available on the first and second floor:

- 2-4-bed family rooms with a sea view and a balcony,

- 2-4-bed family rooms without a sea view, with a balcony,

- 3-bed family rooms with a sea view and a balcony,

- 1 double room (very small, 8 m2 and sloping roof) with sea view without balcony.

All rooms have the following amenities:

- a double bed, partly a single bed or a bunk bed (depending on the type of room),

- bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet,

- a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery,

- flat-screen TV with German and Polish channels,

- safe,

- balcony with chairs and table (exception: double room).

"Domek Maja" is a brick, year-round summer house located in a quiet but centrally located district of Sarbinowo.

The two-level "Domek Maja" with an area of approx. 48 m2 offers space for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

On the ground floor there are:

- living area with a sofa bed for 2 people,

- flat-screen TV with German and Polish channels,

- safe,

- bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet,

- open kitchen with stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, reached by a steep spiral staircase:

- a bedroom with a double bed,

- a bedroom with two single beds.

In addition, "Domek Maja" has electric heating and offers the opportunity to spend comfortable days on the Polish Baltic Sea, even in the colder seasons.

Guests have at their disposal free parking spaces, deckchairs, beach screens and 2 roofed places in the garden - each with a grill.

Free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the facility.

We do not accept pets.

At guests' disposal: beach.

Tourist attractions: architectural monuments.

The "Villa Maja" and "Domek Maja" facilities are located on a spacious plot of land adjacent to the dune, 20 m from the sea.
