The house sleeps up to 10 people. Rates start at PLN 90 per person per night, based on 10 guests sharing the house. We only rent the entire house, with no per-person discounts. Minimum stay: 5 nights .

The price depends on the rental season:

Holidays PLN 1290/house [01.06-31.08.2025]

Low season PLN 900/house [1.09-20.12.2025]

Holidays PLN 1290/house [21/12/2025-6/01/2026]

We charge a PLN 350 service fee on site (cleaning and disinfection of rooms).
One-time fee for monitored parking: PLN 25.
Grill available for a one-time fee of PLN 20.

Firewood available on request - payable additionally on site as requested (set of 8 logs).
Pets are welcome - please contact the property for an additional fee.

The hotel day lasts from 2 p.m. to 10 a.m.
On the day of arrival, please provide your approximate arrival time by phone.
Any loud parties such as hen parties, birthday parties, etc. are not planned.
A prepayment of 30% of the stay amount is required, fully refundable in the event of cancellation 14 days before arrival - otherwise it is non-refundable.
A security deposit of PLN 500 is charged in case of any damage, payable in cash on the day of check-in, and returned after handing over the house to the staff on the day of check-out, provided there is no damage.

We rent an entire year-round wooden house from 2015.
Ground floor: 2 rooms, living room with TV, kitchen, dining area and exit to a large, wooden terrace. Shared bathroom on the ground floor.
Attic: bedroom with balcony and a children's room and two rooms, one of which with a balcony and a spacious shared bathroom.
The rooms are equipped with double beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, fridge and toaster.
Bathrooms equipped with towels, hairdryer, shower.
Smoking is prohibited within the premises and the use of electric kettles in the rooms (wooden house).
The facility is heated with propane-butane gas (Gaspol).

On the premises free parking lot.

Additionally on the premises deckchairs, garden arbour, garden furniture, place for grill, smokehouse.

We do not accept guests with pets.

For the active guest we offer: body building gym, recreational ground.

The facility is located on the plot with 1600 m2 area.
