For an additional person, the surcharge is a symbolic PLN 50/night.
Fee for a dog or other pet: PLN 50 for the entire stay.

We recommend bookings for atmospheric family holidays with small children (we provide cots).

Each apartment has a room with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge), a separate bedroom and a bathroom.
The 3-person apartment (25 m2) on the ground floor has direct access to the garden via the terrace.
The 4-person apartment on the first floor (30 m2) has a balcony with a view of the sunset over the Babia Góra range and air conditioning.
At guests' disposal are: a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, an ironing board, vacuum cleaners, and a utility corner.
We have cots, highchairs, and bathtubs for children. The apartments are heated.

We offer you a relaxing stay in comfortable apartments in a detached house, located in the spa district of Nowy Świat.
You can rent a single studio apartment or the entire cottage. We can accommodate a maximum of 9-10 people.
Guests have access to parking, a garden, and barbecue facilities. The area surrounding the property is fenced and well-lit.

For children: playground, swings, slide, sandbox, sleds, hammocks, toys.
The garden is very safe for children.

Rabka is one of the most famous children's health resorts with a unique microclimate. It holds the status of CITY OF CHILDREN OF THE WORLD. It's an excellent base for exploring the Podhale region, hiking in the mountains, and practicing winter sports.
There are ideal conditions for active recreation: ski lifts (you have to drive up), an ice rink, toboggan runs, bike paths, hiking and walking trails, tennis courts, horse riding centers, a swimming pool, a skatepark and playgrounds for children.
Children's attractions include the RABCIO State Puppet Theatre, renowned throughout Poland and abroad, and the RABKOLAND family amusement park. In the center of the spa town, there's an amphitheater – a bandshell – hosting numerous events such as concerts, festivals, folklore gatherings, and dances.
While in Rabka, it's worth visiting: the historic 17th-century wooden Church of St. Mary Magdalene (currently the Władysław Orkan Regional Museum). The Jan Fudala Gorce Museum, the Museum of Highwaymen and Highlanders, the Open-Air Museum of Railway Rolling Stock in Chabówka, the Order of the Smile Museum, and the 3D Cinema.

I recommend numerous eateries and catering outlets in the vicinity of the Spa Park (I'll tell you where the tastiest ones are).
You can also order a meal with delivery included in the price - any dish in Rabka restaurants - they will bring it to your place of accommodation.

The property is located in the spa district of Rabka (no smog!), 10-15 minutes from the spa park. Nowy Świat Street section.
The spa and the Institute of Lung Diseases are a 10-minute walk away. The river (boulevards) and forest are about 500 meters away.
The nearest Lewiatan self-service supermarket is located on the route to the park, approximately 300 meters from the facility. Other supermarkets include Biedronka, Lidl, Auchan, Carrefour, Pepco, Rossmann, and regional retailers, as well as a market in the lower part of Rabka-Zdrój, about 2-3 km away.
Example distances: Nowy Targ and Szaflary 25 km, Białka Tatrzańska 35 km, Chyżne 35 km, Pieniny (rafting on the Dunajec river) 40 km, Zakopane 45 km, Kraków 65 km.

A key advantage of this proposed property is its intimacy. The detached cottage can accommodate 7 people (maximum 9-10), e.g., two families.
It's very comfortable and quiet. The cottage's location in the spa area of Rabka and easy hiking trails to the four nearby mountain huts enhance its appeal. In winter, there's no much-publicized smog (we're in the spa area on a hill), and in summer, no mosquitoes. A major advantage is the location of Rabka itself – compared to Zakopane, there are fewer crowds in restaurants and bars. It's cheaper, and entry and exit from Rabka is collision-free (no traffic jams) – you're right on a dual carriageway.
