The price of PLN 50 per person applies in the low season and when 6 people use the 6-person apartment at the same time.

The price depends on the number of people and the date of stay.

The price per person may be higher than the minimum price depending on the date of stay.
The refundable deposit is 400 PLN.
Additionally, there is a resort fee of PLN 3.30 per person/day.

We charge PLN 30/day for the stay of a cat or small breed dog, and PLN 50/day for a large breed dog.

Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of an advance payment in the amount and on the date specified by the person accepting the reservation. The remaining amount for the booked stay will be collected on the day of arrival (Cash, BLIK, transfer). Free cancellation of the reservation at least 30 days before arrival. If the cancellation of the reservation occurs within 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the value of the advance payment.

The accommodation day lasts from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.

Towels can be provided for an additional fee - a set (bath towel + small one) PLN 30.

Flauta Family Apartments is a facility consisting of only 5 Apartments that can accommodate from 2 to max. 6 people. All Apartments are functionally furnished and fully equipped, all are located on the ground floor.

Three of them (Apartment 1, Apartment 2 and Apartment 3) are apartments with independent entrances, with an area of 33 m2 and are intended for a maximum of 6 people.
The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom and living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The bedroom has: one single bed (90 x 200) and a bunk bed with a sleeping function for three people (a 140 x 200 bed downstairs, a 90 x 200 bed upstairs), a bedside table, a lamp, a wardrobe. The living room is equipped with a TV, a sofa bed for two people, a table with chairs, a chest of drawers. The kitchenette is equipped with: an induction cooker, a fridge, a kettle, full tableware (cups, glasses, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc.), pots. Each apartment has a covered outdoor terrace with a seating set, a table and a grill at your disposal.

Standard equipment in all Apartments on the premises includes a fold-out clothes dryer, toilet paper, garbage bags, a sponge and kitchen towels, a broom with a dustpan, a beach screen and a "first aid kit for bad weather" with board games and cards.

In addition, there are two higher standard apartments with a shared entrance, Deluxe type (Apartment 4 and Apartment 5). Apartment no. 4 with an area of 33 m2 is for max. 4 people, consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room has an exit to an independent terrace overlooking the garden. On the terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue (armchair, sofa, table). In the living room there is also a chest of drawers, TV, table with chairs and a sofa with a sleeping function for 2 people. In the bedroom, there is a double bed in a hotel standard, in size 160 x 200 with the possibility of separation into two single beds in size 80x200 each and a wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps.

Apartment no. 5 with an area of 25 m2 is a one-room with a bathroom, max. 2 people, in which there is also a fully equipped kitchenette, a table with chairs, a TV, a wardrobe, a double bed in a hotel standard in the size of 140x200, bedside tables with lamps. On the internal terrace there is a table and garden armchairs and a grill at your own disposal.

The kitchenettes in Apartments No. 4 and 5 are equipped with induction cookers, refrigerators, kettles, coffee makers, full tableware (plates, bowls, cups, cups, cutlery, frying pans, pots, etc.). In addition to the standard equipment, the Deluxe Apartments are also equipped with hair dryers.

It is possible to rent Apartments (No. 4 and No. 5) at the same time, which will create an apartment for max. 6 people (two families). This is an optimal option for a joint vacation for a family with children and grandparents. Everyone is together and at the same time each family has space for themselves.

Deluxe apartments are heated and available for booking throughout the calendar year.

Flauta Family Apartments are located just 400 meters from a beautiful wide and sandy beach. The facility is fenced with a lockable entrance gate and a wicket. Unguarded parking spaces are provided on the property (one car for each apartment). There is also a place for bicycles (bicycle racks) on the premises.

For the youngest, we offer a playground with swings, a slide and a trampoline.

Each apartment is equipped with a grill and lounge furniture on the terrace. In addition, tourist and bicycle maps, brochures, leaflets and information about events and attractions in the region. We provide an ironing board and iron.

Pets are allowed in the facility. Please inform us when booking if you would like to bring your pet. You can borrow a bowl or a bed for your pet. You cannot leave your pet in the apartment without the owner's care. You can walk your pet in the area. For the safety of other guests, the dog should be under the owner's control (on a leash) on the premises.

Smoking is prohibited within the facility, including e-cigarettes, outside designated areas.

Our youngest guests have a playground (slide, swings, trampoline), as well as tables and chairs at their disposal.

In addition, we provide a high chair or a baby bathtub upon request.

Nearby, you can use a basketball or volleyball court, there is also an outdoor gym. And a go-kart track.

We recommend the bike route through Mielno-Mielenko-Chłopy-Sarbinowo. The Velo Baltica route leads through the forest, right by the sea from Świnoujście and Wolin Island, Rewal to Kołobrzeg through Mielenko and through Darłowo to Jarosławiec!!! Driving from Mielno towards Darłowo we pass two beautiful lakes: Jamno (the 9th largest lake in Poland) and Bukowo, which is separated from the sea by only a sand spit.

When going for a walk to Chłopy, it is impossible to miss the place where the sixteenth meridian runs. Chłopy, on the other hand, is an old fishing village, where buildings from the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century have been preserved, reflecting the character of the village. An incredible attraction is the fishing port, from which we enter the pier, where we can eat fish straight from the cutter while watching the sunset. Watching cutters returning from the sea with full nets of fish will remain in your memory for a long time. In the Treasury of the Fishing Village, you can experience a simulation of a storm on the Baltic Sea.

Also worth visiting are the Hortulus Thematic Gardens with a maze and unique themed gardens that organize the Edible Flower Festival every year.

You will find another type of attraction in the more entertaining Mielno, which you can reach in 15 minutes by walking along the Lipowa Alley, along which grow 150-year-old trees. And here .... an amusement park, amusement parks, playgrounds with the largest "inflatables", fairs, stalls, restaurants, cafes, cotton candy, ice cream, discos, pubs, concerts, good music and fun until the morning ....

In addition, you can go to events or concerts organized by the Culture Center. The calendar has become permanent for events such as the Mielno Festival, the Mielno Artistic Summer, Cinema on Deckchairs, the Mielno Kupala Night and many, many others....

You can get everywhere without any problems using regular taxis, buses, melexes or choo-choo trains.

Going to the main guarded beach, you can't resist delicious, naturally made ice cream from a family factory. In Mielenko you will find many restaurants serving waffles, pancakes, pizza and kebab. There is also a smokehouse/fry room where you can taste Baltic fish while drinking beer from a local brewery, and for dessert, try a solid portion of homemade cake. Families with children will be able to choose meals in restaurants serving home-made dinners with irreplaceable broth, tomato soup or handmade dumplings. Restaurants and catering outlets offer meals on site or to take away.

For people with individual nutritional needs, we offer dietary catering (box diets) offered with delivery services by companies from Koszalin.

Flauta Family Apartments is located in a quiet part of the town, only 400 m from the sea. You can reach the guarded beach via the promenade, and the so-called We will reach the wild beach along a forest path. In Mielenko you will find everything you need to make your holiday successful - there are shops, bars, restaurants, a bus stop from which all possible means of transport depart, as well as wonderful, quiet and secluded places ideal for walks with your pets. The sound of the sea will accompany you at all times, because Mielenko is a small town where you can get everywhere on foot without too much effort.
