Minimum stay: 2 days, advance payment of 50% of the entire stay is required.

Additionally payable: tourist tax and energy fee (only during the heating season).

Check-in time is from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

You can pitch a tent on the property, but only if the core group pays for their stay in the house.

GROUND FLOOR: Large living room open to the kitchen and a small double room.

FIRST FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms with extra beds, depending on the number of people. Mattresses can be added additionally

On the ground floor: living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, 35 m2 terrace.

Kitchen equipment: electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, toaster, oven, hob.

Bathroom amenities: bathtub, shower, shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, toiletries.

Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (one for children), bathroom.

In the house: Wi-Fi, TV (satellite channels), work desk, bed linen, towels.

The house is rented to one group only - it can be one or 14 people. But we do not rent rooms and do not combine groups under one roof.

The house is our private home and has all the amenities we wanted ourselves :). It has two fully equipped bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, a washing machine. And, of course, Wi-Fi :). Overlooking the Poprad River, we have a beautiful 35 m² terrace, where life revolves on warm days and guests dine. The view is breathtaking, and we guarantee it – the name of the house says it all :). We are a HOUSE WITH A VIEW.

At guests' disposal: free Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, clothes dryer, luggage storage, facilities for children (cot, playpen, highchair, bathtub, potty, toilet seat cover, baby step, changing table, child safety locks, stroller).

On the premises: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue facilities, bonfire area, picnic area.

On-site facilities also include: free parking (150 m), and a parking space for disabled people.

We do not offer any treatments on site - but if guests wish - we can provide contact details for e.g. hairdresser, manicure or massage

Beautiful and unique view of Poprad and the valley. Great location, off the beaten track but only 350 meters to the market square. Easy access, wonderful view, log house in the highlander style (THE ONLY one in the area), smelling of larch wood, fireplace, proximity to the center of Piwniczna and all its attractions, proximity to 4 ski lifts, beautiful and picturesque tourist routes, including hiking and cycling.
