The price for accommodation depends on the number of people, length of stay and the intensity of the season.

Outside the heating season, there is an additional fee for turning on the central heating + PLN 30 per day.
We are able to rent a house for two exclusively at the price of a room outside the high season.
We will be happy to answer any inquiry :-).
The preferred rental period during the high season (holidays, holidays) is 7 days - from Saturday or Sunday, depending on the schedule for a given facility.
We make exceptions at your request.
For a guaranteed reservation of the house, a deposit is required, which is equivalent to 50% of the total rental cost. We issue invoices.
The stay begins at 17.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of departure.

We offer for rent a year-round, super-comfortable house in the mountains with an area of 80 m2 - Grandma Maria's House - ideal for a group of up to 10 people, consisting of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with a dining room, 2 entrance halls.
An interior for an esthete - only natural materials, such as wood, linen fabric, stone and finished in warm colors, create a cozy atmosphere.

Equipped with: TV-SAT (Cyfra+), DVD and film library, home library, radio, washing machine, dryer, fridge, electric hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, pots, tableware and lots of kitchen accessories.

The house is suitable for staying with children - a cot, a high chair.

Sports equipment can be stored in the basement.

At guests' disposal: garden furniture, deckchairs and a grill.

It is possible to park two cars on the property.

For children, we have prepared a rocking chair, a home swing, a trampoline up to 40 kg, table football, a 16" bicycle with a helmet, a seat for a large bicycle and lots of toys (puzzles, checkers, etc.).
Bicycles are available to guests free of charge throughout their stay.

PIWNICZNA-ZDRÓJ - Attractive health resort with a Mineral Water Pump Room (free water), Poprad Landscape Park, recreational areas by the river (playground, bowling, skate park, Jordan garden), city swimming pools with slides and SPA, rope park, horse riding lessons, green areas sleigh rides, Spa Park and Węgielnik-Skałki Forest Park, picturesque mountain streams with waterfalls and dams, the Poprad River with rocky beaches for building dams :-) and rafting on boats, rafts and kayaks. Lots of hiking trails in the Jaworzyna Krynicka and Radziejowa range, well-marked bicycle trails. Close to the Slovak thermal baths (border 4 km away) and the largest European aquapark in Poprad. Nearby: Krynica, Nidzica, Slovakia, Wierchomla.

Our slopes: with the longest chairlift in Poland, Two Dolina Wierchomla Muszyna, Ryterski Raj and Kokuszka-ski. Two ski kindergartens and several ski and snowboard schools, snowtube and snowpark. Slopes with a high degree of diversity. Excellent ski infrastructure including equipment rentals and catering.

About 50 m from Grandma Maria's House there are restaurants with tasty, home-made food (Sobieski, Pod Kasztanami) or the Pizza na Szlaqu pizzeria. A little further towards the local hypermarkets there is UNI BAR Czercz, where you can eat the most delicious fried trout.
Nearby stores allow you to shop every day from: 7.00-22.00 and these are: Delikatesy Centrum supermarket, Biedronka and Tesco (1.5 km) and the city market (open 7.00-15.00), where, according to the age-old tradition, every Monday you can buy products from local farmers and forest fruits (berries, wild strawberries or mushrooms in autumn).
We encourage you to go on culinary trips to Slovakia - to Mniszek nad Popradem - U Dietricha restaurant (there is a Mini ZOO there), or to Stara Lubovnia - Salas u Franka, offering delicacies of Slovak cuisine, such as roasted cheese and dumplings.
