The cottages are heated with infrared heaters, controlled by remote control. There is also an electric fireplace that creates a nice atmosphere. Overall, the cottages are very warm.

The access road is regularly cleared of snow during the winter.

Guests have access to a covered shelter, a fireplace, and free parking.

It is not possible to organize special events.

In winter we offer our own sledding hill, and in summer we offer a place to relax by the river.

For active people: hiking trails, cycling trails, ski lifts and routes, zip-line, Bieszczady forest railway, Oil Trail, Bieszczady Bicycle Trolleys, indoor swimming pool, Bieszczady Natural History Museum, Museum of Milling and Village, monuments of wooden architecture, water dam in Solna.

The nearest ski slopes are 1.5 km, 3.5 km and 10 km away respectively.

We are far, but close, i.e. 3 km to the city by car, but 20 minutes on foot to the center and there is already a choice of restaurants, to the first stores like Lidl, Biedronka, Żabka, Rossmann, pharmacy, etc. 10 minutes. 15 minutes on foot to the nearest restaurant.
