The confirmation of the reservation is the advance payment of 30% of the value of the stay.

The entire floor is at the exclusive disposal of guests. There are five cozy double, triple, quadruple and five-bed rooms. Total 18 beds. Next to the rooms, there are 3 bathrooms with showers, the fourth bathroom on the ground floor next to the kitchen. All rooms have single beds, bedding, towels, equipped with bedside tables, lamps, hangers, clothes rack, table and chairs.

At your disposal: equipped kitchen, bathroom, room with a fireplace, the so-called scouting.

There is a free and unguarded parking lot in front of the house.

Guests can relax in the garden, in the yard and in the meadow behind the house.

Pets are not allowed.

For guests free of charge: guidebooks and maps, a basket of wood for the fireplace, a basket of wood for the bonfire.

Smoking is prohibited in the building, you can smoke outdoors under the porch.

There is a lot of space around the house to relax - in the yard, in the garden and in the meadow behind the house. For children there is a playground, swings, slides, a climbing wall, a climbing net, a zip line, a sandpit, a children's garden house with a slide. On the meadow you can play volleyball, basketball and badminton.

For younger children there is also a toy corner upstairs in the hall. There are wooden blocks, a train with carriages, a stove for children, stuffed animals and coloring books.

An ideal place for people looking for peace and quiet, surrounded by mountains, fields and forest.

An excellent starting point for numerous tourist attractions. In winter, the Czarna Góra Ski Resort, the Kamienica Ski Station and the cross-country skiing trails, especially the cross-country trails prepared in the Bialskie Mountains, are by far the most popular.

Definitely, being in the Sudetes, it is impossible not to mention the Bear Cave in Kletno, one of the longest and deepest in Poland. In Kletno there is also a Uranium Mine, an underground tourist route and the Museum of the Earth - Geological Kletno, with a unique collection of minerals and fossils, including fossilized nests with dinosaur eggs.

An interesting idea will be a trip to Złoty Stok, to visit the Gold Mine, a Medieval Mining Settlement full of secrets, science and fear, a trip back in time to the Medieval Technology Park and the Ochrow Adit.

Międzygórze is about 40 minutes away, and there is the Wilczki Waterfall Reserve, wooden houses in the Swiss and Norwegian style from the 19th century, the Garden of Fairy Tales, the Międzygórze Water Dam, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Snows with a viewpoint.

For all-day trips, it is worth going to the Stołowe Mountains National Park, the highest peak Szczeliniec Wielki, with a shelter and a viewing platform. Within Szczeliniec Wielki, erosion processes have led to the formation of interesting rock formations resembling animal figures, such as Monkey, Camel or Hen. Another worth seeing is the rock labyrinth of Błędne Skały in the Skalniak massif.

It is worth visiting Wambierzyce with the Marian Sanctuary, Kalwaria Wambierzycka, Moving Nativity Scene, open-air museum and mini zoo, Duszniki with the Museum of Papermaking, the Chapel of Skulls in Czermna near Kudowa, the Underground Tourist Route in Kłodzko and the Kłodzko Fortress, the Castle on the Rock in Trzebieszowice, the Miniature Park Minieuroland Kłodzko , Marianna Orańska Palace in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki.

In 2022, the lookout tower on Śnieżnik was rebuilt, definitely a must-see for all visitors to the Śnieżnik Massif. At the foot of the peak there is the PTTK Shelter on Śnieżnik. Zbigniew Fastnacht. Being at the top, it is worth seeing the spring of Morawa on the Czech side, the ruins of the shelter of Prince Liechtenstein and the granite elephant.
