General information:
* price - negotiable depending on the number of people and length of stay
* 30% deposit (after initial reservation, the client is obliged to transfer the amount to the account number provided in the email within 2 days);
* in the event of cancellation of the stay, the deposit amount is non-refundable (in the event of unexpected events, the deposit can be transferred to another date);
* check-in time from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.;
* rental for a minimum of 2 days (periods of holidays, vacations and days off - longer stays preferred);
* no pets or smoking allowed in the cottages.

We offer modern, year-round cottages with an area of 45 m2, which we only rent out as a whole.
Each cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
The house consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a covered terrace.
The bedroom has two single beds and one double bed.
In the living room: fireplace, TV, sofa bed, table and chairs, iron, ironing board, hairdryer.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and dishes.

Household chemicals, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags.
Free WiFi on the property.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin and toilet.

We provide toilet paper, soap and necessary chemicals.
The cottage has a fireplace with fuel and maintenance-free underfloor heating.
There is garden furniture and a barbecue on the terrace.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.

At guests' disposal wireless Internet (Wi-Fi).

On the premises free parking lot.

We do not accept guests with pets.

For the active guest: hiking trails, cycle lanes.

For children play-ground.

In the vicinity: restaurant, fish bar, bar.

The facility is located in the mountains.
