Confirmation of the reservation should be made in the form of a deposit of 40% of the value.

THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF THE RECEIVABLES must be made no later than on the day of arrival at the time of collecting the keys.

The down payment is non-returnable. In case of early departure or late arrival, the entire amount for the previously declared stay applies.

We charge a residence fee.

The stay day starts at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Rooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor. All rooms with bathroom and balcony.

In double rooms, a bed of 140 cm or two beds of 90 cm.

In triple rooms, a 140 cm bed + a 90 cm bed or a 90 cm bed + a sofa bed 120 cm.

Each room has: wardrobe, table, chairs, bedside tables, fridge, TV, radio, kettle, dishes, screen, blankets.

On the balcony, a table with chairs and a dryer.

In the bathroom: shower, toilet, hair dryer.

Apartment with an area of 36 m2, designed for 5 people . Situated on the 1st floor.

For guests staying in rooms, we provide a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, two-burner stove, microwave oven.

At guests' disposal: free parking on a fenced, closed property, a gazebo with a grill.

The entire house is non-smoking (you can smoke in the garden).

On the premises: playground, bikes.
