The facility is located in the city center in a 5-storey tenement house on the top floor. There is a market hall next to the facility. For guests there is a free parking lot closed with a remote control gate. The building has a very nice, modern, new external elevator with a glass front. The elevator stops up to the 4th floor. From the fourth to the fifth floor you have to go up the stairs.

The Deluxe Apartment has a 40 m terrace on the roof of the building. The Mini Apartment has a 20 m terrace from where you can watch the views of the city panorama. There are tables and chairs on the terrace, and deckchairs in the summer. Due to the lack of permission to rebuild the roof, the smaller terrace has an exit via metal stairs through the window. This is an interesting solution and the only way to use the terrace.

The attraction of the facility is undoubtedly the roof terrace on the 5th floor of the building. Depending on the apartment, its area is 40 m2 or 20 m2. It is a great pleasure to eat a meal, e.g. lunch, breakfast or dinner outdoors and lie on a sun lounger.
