Zielona Chata

The "Zielona Chata" facility is rented in its entirety.

The price is independent of the number of people, but depends on the season and rental period.

Holiday weekend PLN 250/day for the entire house for 9 people.

A separate fee is charged for utility consumption.

Year-round house with an area of approximately 200 m2.

On the ground floor there is one spacious room with a separate seating area with a fireplace and a kitchen area with a dining area and a large table for 12 people.

On this level there is also a bathroom, a dressing room and a veranda with a large terrace where you can eat breakfast.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (each with 2 double finka-type sofas and 1 wooden bed), a bathroom and a large hall.

There is internet access in the house.

The cottage has air heating, forced air powered by natural gas, and a fireplace cassette connected to two tiled heat accumulators.

On the premises: garage for 2 cars, parking space in the driveway.

On the property, guests have at their disposal: a large rooftop barbecue, a large covered barbecue, a banquet table, benches, a smokehouse, a cauldron, a rocking bench, and hammocks.

On the grill you can light a fire with pine cones, of which there are plenty, and roast sausages, or prepare a cauldron, which is provided, or use the smokehouse and smoke purchased fish.

The plot is fenced.

We accept dogs.

Organizing parties with loud music is prohibited.

An electric sauna is available to guests.

Swings are available for children.

Immediately after leaving the property, the walking areas begin.

Dog owners can go for walks through a special gate into the technical forest and walk along the beach.

Meals can be purchased at the nearby Paula restaurant, located 100 meters away. Meals can be eaten in the restaurant or delivered to the venue in a basket.

The house is situated on a plot of approximately 900 m2, at the edge of a pine forest, on a wooded and undergrowth-covered dune.

About 30 m to the sea.

Pobierowo is a seaside, forested resort town – a pre-war German Olympic training center whose infrastructure lasted until the end of the 20th century. Our cottage is separated from the sea by a 30-meter-wide strip of pine, technical forest.

This location creates a unique atmosphere, permeated with the scent of a 100-year-old pine forest and the scent of sea spray. It's a very quiet place, with only the muffled sounds of the beach and the roar of the sea reaching you.

A charming year-round cottage, in a wonderful setting with a forest, essential oils and the sound of waves.

Our advantage is the location at the end of a dead-end dirt road that ends at the border of the technical forest along with our plot.

We cordially invite you all year round to stay in close contact with nature and regenerate your vital forces!
The cottage is intended mainly for families and groups of friends, but couples or small groups of several people often come here after the season.
