A refundable deposit of PLN 1,000 is charged to cover any damage.

The house has an area of 210 m2 and can accommodate 10 people.

The house has: 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a terrace with a view of the mountains.

In the kitchen: induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

Smoking is prohibited in the villa.

It is not possible to bring pets.

The villa is rented exclusively.

There is free parking next to the house.

There is a ski room in the building.

On the premises there is:
- dry sauna,
- 4-person jacuzzi with a view of the Tatra Mountains,
- entertainment zone (billiards, electronic darts, 72-inch home cinema).

In the vicinity: Rusiń Ski ski station - 750 m, Kotelnica station - 4.4 km, Bukowina Thermal Baths - 4.5 km, Bania Thermal Baths - 7 km, hiking trails.
