On the ground floor there is a cozy apartment with a separate entrance, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

For those looking for more privacy, we have prepared a separate apartment in the attic consisting of two rooms and a bathroom. From the attic there is a beautiful view of the lakes, which additionally emphasizes the unique character of this place.

On the first floor there is a shared kitchen that can be used by guests from the first floor and the attic. The entrance to the rooms on the first floor is separated from the entrance to the apartment on the ground floor, ensuring complete independence and comfort.

The attraction of our facility is a spacious garden with a shelter, where guests can spend time outdoors, grill and relax in a friendly atmosphere. It is a perfect place for a joint feast with family or friends.
