The price includes accommodation and parking on the property.

The deposit paid for the reservation is non-refundable.

On the day of arrival - before collecting the keys to the room, the total settlement for the stay takes place.

The rooms on the first floor have balconies, while on the ground floor some rooms have access to the courtyard.

Equipment: TV, comfortable beds, small kitchenette - fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. Available deckchair, screen, blanket.

Totally non-smoking in the rooms and on the balconies. There is a designated place for smokers on the property.

The Szum Fal guesthouse is located close to the sea, in the buffer zone of a pine forest, by a network of bicycle trails. To the beach about 200m.

On the area of the closed and fenced property, there is a parking lot, a playground for children, two roofed places for a barbecue.

Guest rooms are cosily furnished, in calm colors. Possibility to rent accessories for small children (cot, bathtub, high chair, changing table - all hygienic and in very good condition) and beach equipment - deckchairs, screens, blankets. Accommodation in rooms equipped with comfortable beds, a small kitchenette: fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and balconies. There are designated places in the yard.

Within 100m there is a Polo Market shop, two restaurants/canteens, an ATM, a health path with outdoor gym stations, and a Koala rope park.

The nearest neighborhood: Camping Biała Mewa, Havet Hotel Resort&Spa, Neptuno Resort&Spa.

Treatment services and treatments can be used in two centers located about 50 m from our guesthouse.

The guesthouse is located in a less dense and more "green" part of the village - the vicinity of the forest, wide beautiful dunes, picturesque views. Near the center of Dźwirzyno - about 5 minutes walk. There is a shop next to the house, two restaurants a bit further (about 300 m) and a string of dining and shopping outlets that stretch to the end of the village (about 1.5 km).
