We offer rooms with bathrooms and independent entrances from inside and outside the building.

The rooms are located on the ground floor of the building and have recently been opened.

Year-round cottage for 8-10 people in a hunting style.

In the house: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace.

In the living room there is RTV equipment, a fireplace, and 2 fold-out sofa beds.

Kitchen equipment: fridge with freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, kettle, kitchen accessories.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

View terrace with garden furniture and grill/cauldron.

There is a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer), toaster.

We accept pets.

Possibility to organize special events such as birthdays, hen and stag parties in our spacious house with a fireplace and a viewing terrace with a barbecue area and in the Sikoreczka building

Nearby attractions: horse stud farm, water fishing, mountain hiking, bike trails, boat trips, water sports such as kayaking and sailing, ski lifts, rope park, downhill trails, play area on Mount Żar.

Żywiec hosts many interesting events (Beskid Culture Week, numerous concerts, e.g. Męskie Granie and others), there are museums (e.g. the Brewery Museum), Żywiecki Park and an ice rink.

The house is located in a quiet and picturesque area, only 700 m from Lake Żywieckie.

The property offers picturesque views of the mountains and the lake.

There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

The center of Żywiec with its numerous attractions is only 3 km away.
