RENTAL OF ACCOMMODATION ELŻBIETA URBAŃSKA
WE WILL APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION IN COMPLYING WITH THESE REGULATIONS, WHICH ARE INTENDED TO ENSURE A PEACEFUL AND SAFE STAY FOR OUR GUESTS.
1. Guests can use the parking lot on the property free of charge.
2. A playground is available for children. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of children on the premises.
3. Guests have access to a grill and a fully equipped kitchen. Please keep it clean and tidy (you are obligated to clean up after yourself each time you use it).
4. Smoking is prohibited in the facility (rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen), and waste is partially segregated. Please dispose of plastic items in the special container located next to the trash cans.
5. The room is rented on a daily basis. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.
6. Payment for the booked stay is collected in advance.
7. The Guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which he or she paid the fee has not expired.
8. The room rate does not include cleaning during guests' stay.
9. At the end of your stay, the room must be left clean and the bedding must be removed.
10. The guest should notify the landlord of any damage immediately after it is discovered.
11. The behavior of guests and visitors should not disrupt the peaceful stay of other guests. The landlord may refuse to continue providing services to anyone who violates this rule.
12. The facility observes quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day.
13. The guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices in the room and throughout the facility caused by his fault or the fault of his visiting guests.
14. People visiting our guests may stay on the premises after prior arrangement with the owner (in the event that visitors occupy a parking space, the fee is PLN 5/hour).
PS Due to the notorious drafts in the building, please close doors quietly.
THE OWNERS COMMIT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE, EFFICIENTLY REMEDY ANY DEFECTS THAT MAY OCCUR AND CREATE OPTIMAL CONDITIONS FOR A PLEASANT AND UNRESTRAINTED STAY IN OUR FACILITY.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of total or partial cancellation of the stay for any reason.
The remaining amount for the stay is payable on the day of arrival.
