WE OFFER: hotel services, INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY HOLIDAYS, and in the off-season GROUP HOLIDAYS FOR SENIORS and workers' accommodation.

WE HAVE 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-person rooms and a 2-room studio consisting of a hall, bathroom and two rooms 2+1 and 1+1.

Each room has a private bathroom, refrigerator, kettle, and set of tableware. Some rooms also have balconies.

OUTSIDE THE ROOM there are 2 shared, equipped kitchens, a microwave and an iron, and a shared balcony for drying clothes.

In front of the house is a beautiful yard, surrounded on one side by a rock fence and on the other by a tall, well-kept hedge. Cars are parked behind the house and by the fence, and in front there is a gazebo, tables, a children's trampoline, and lots of fragrant flowers.

We maintain sanitary standards, use disinfectants, and use an ultraviolet (UBV) lamp. We require quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We accept small dogs with conditions and provide internet access.

NEARBY there is a fishing port, amusement parks, canteens, bars with terraces, fish fryers, fish smokehouses, shops, stalls, water equipment and bike rentals, fishing piers, as well as seawater pools, therapeutic treatments, a pine forest, and public playgrounds for children by the lake.

There are many shops, canteens, bars, restaurants, fish bars and smokehouses, ice cream parlors, etc. nearby.

Our guesthouse is not located on the main street, so our guests can relax in peace and quiet after a long day.

MIELNO UNIESCIE is a spa town situated on a long, narrow spit between the sea and the lake. It is richly forested, flower-filled, and well-developed for the needs of tourists and spa guests. The main street is a shopping and dining center. Koszalin is 12 km away, the Hortulus Gardens in Dobrzyca are 25 km away, and Kołobrzeg is 40 km away.
