The basis for confirming a reservation is a deposit paid in advance, after the host confirms availability.
The deposit amount is the cost of one hotel night.
The remaining amount is due upon arrival at the property.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation of reservation
- free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 7 days before the check-in date, after this date the cancellation fee is 20% of the cost of the stay. The possibility of transferring the reservation to another date is free of charge.

The facility is flexible in terms of check-in and payment.

We offer 2 rooms of 40 m2 each with a separate entrance (low ground floor), accommodation in spacious, comfortable rooms for 2 or 3 people, with the possibility of accommodating 4-5 people (please check the bed layout).

Rooms with bathrooms (shower) and kitchenettes (kettle, fridge, electric hob, toaster, microwave, dishes, cutlery).
The equipment includes: TV, Wi-Fi, towels, hair dryer and ironing set.
The functional layout of the rooms provides guests with freedom and space.

The property is fenced and parking is available.
There are two gazebos and two barbecues at guests' disposal.
Arrival with a pet is possible, but prior approval of the host is required.
Smoking is prohibited in the facility, there are designated smoking areas.
