The price of your stay includes: bed linen, towels, parking space.
Prices depend on the period and length of stay and the number of people.

Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people.

Length of stay in the July - August season is minimum 6 nights.
The stay begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 on the day of departure.

We offer two apartments for 2 to 4 people, each with a high standard, nicely and comfortably furnished, with an area of 32 m2.
Each apartment consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom and a 9m terrace.
The living room has a double sofa bed and an LCD TV.
The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
The carpentry kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, microwave, pots, dishes, plates, cutlery, table and chairs.
The bathroom facilities include a shower cabin, sink, washing machine, toilet and towels.
Additionally, the apartment provides an iron with ironing board, dryer, washing machine and vacuum cleaner.

The block has an elevator from level 0, no stairs.
Private parking spaces are available in front of the building.
We accept pets by prior arrangement.

Within the mini-estate there is a locked bicycle storage room.

Near the facility, children and adults have access to a large playground, the largest in the city, with an outdoor gym, a fireplace and three courts: for football, volleyball and basketball.

For active people: next to the apartment building there are football, volleyball and basketball fields, hiking trails and a picturesque route for cyclists to nearby coastal towns.
Tourist attractions in the area: lighthouse, walking pier, fishing port, marina, cruises, architectural monuments.

The MOSiR water park is nearby.

In the very close vicinity of the apartment there are fish and chip shops, restaurants, bars, canteens, and grocery stores.

The facility is located near the beach, among trees.
