The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, parking place.
Prices depend on the period and length of stay and the number of people.
The duration of stay in the season July - August is a minimum of 7 days.
The stay day starts at 15.00 on the day of arrival and lasts until 11.00 on the day of departure.

We offer two high-standard apartments, nicely and comfortably furnished, with an area of 32 m2.
Each of the apartments consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area, a bathroom and a 9m terrace.
In the living room there is a double convertible sofa and a TV-LCD.
The bedroom has a double bed and 2 bedside tables.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, pots, dishes, plates, cutlery, table and chairs.
The bathroom facilities include a shower cubicle, sink, washing machine, toilet and towels.
Additionally, in the apartment we provide an iron with ironing board, a dryer, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.

There is an elevator in the block.
Private parking spaces are available in front of the building.
We accept pets by prior arrangement.

There is a closed bicycle room in the mini estate.

At the facility, children have at their disposal a large playground, the largest in the city, with an outdoor gym, a place for a bonfire.

For active people: next to the apartment building there are football, volleyball and basketball fields, hiking trails and a picturesque route for cyclists to nearby coastal towns.
Tourist attractions in the area: lighthouse, walking pier, fishing port, marina, cruises, architectural monuments.
