For stays of less than 4 days, prices may change depending on the date.
Price for 1 day (in each cottage: toilet, washbasin, hot water, shower, fridge, electric kettle).
The given number of people in the house also includes children, i.e. a three-person house can accommodate 2 parents + 1 child, etc.
Accommodation of children and people for an additional fee above the standard number of places given in the cottage is only possible after prior arrangement when making the reservation. The cottages cannot accommodate extra beds or accommodate more people than those specified above or previously agreed!
Check-in time: 16.00-10.00. Arrivals after 18.00 please make arrangements.

If the cottage is ready for you before 4 p.m., earlier check-in is possible.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Pets: we accept dogs - PLN 40/day
A one-time fee of PLN 20 per person is added to the first day of stay.
Parking PLN 20 per day, free parking for stays of 7 days or more.
Please note that a local tax is charged in Okuninka (PLN 2.00 per person/day).
Payment for the stay is made on the day of arrival.

The deposit for the house should be transferred to our bank account.

At the PERKOZ Recreation Centre, we offer:
- camping houses by the lake for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 people.
The number of people in the cottage also includes children, i.e. 2 parents + 1 child can be accommodated in a 3-person chalet, etc.
In the cottages: toilet, washbasin, hot water, shower, fridge, electric kettle.

There are no stoves in the cottages, so it is not possible to cook in them.

Please bring the necessary dishes, glasses and cutlery.
A spacious veranda in each cottage.

Wi-Fi available throughout the resort.
There is a guarded parking lot at guests' disposal.

The reception is located in the Biały Dwór Hotel and is open from 9.00 to 18.00.

Arrivals and departures at other times should be reported in advance.

We share:
- a place for sunbathing, deckchairs or lighting a barbecue next to the houses,
- ping-pong table, net and badminton rackets,
- three playgrounds,
- possibility of renting deckchairs,
- bar right on the beach.

Tourist attractions: architectural monuments, Poleski National Park, nature monuments, boat cruises.

For the active guest: horseback riding, bathing beach, rope park, quads, possibility of fishing, possibility of mushroom picking.

Catering available at the Biały Dwór Hotel Restaurant.
Full board in the Biały Dwór Hotel Restaurant: breakfast (8.30-10.30) and dinner (15.00-18.00).
FOOD PRICE LIST (optional)
- Adults - breakfast PLN 35, dinner PLN 55.
- Children up to 10 years old - breakfast PLN 30, dinner PLN 50.

Dishes from the restaurant card are available from 13.00.

We also offer desserts, as well as a BAR with delicious drinks and cold beer.

BAR by the beach with snacks, ice cream and alcoholic drinks.

The facility is located in the centre, near the beach, by the lake, on the plot with 1,5 ha area.

The facility is perfect for: couples, families with children.
