In the kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, drip coffee machine, induction hob, pots, tableware.

The terrace has a set of lounge furniture and a gas grill.

Two apartments are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

Smoking and frying fish are prohibited in the apartments.

There is a place for a bonfire next to the facility.

The property provides 12 parking spaces and a covered garage where guests can park their bicycles.

The property area is fenced and monitored.
