Moje Miejsce Polanica - Zdrój is a year-round tourist resort consisting of 36 apartments (most of the apartments have a private garden).

Prices depend on the size of the apartment, number of people and date of stay.

The cost of staying an additional person (above the standard) is from PLN 80/day.

Children up to 4 years of age stay free of charge.

The price includes: final cleaning, accommodation in a fully equipped apartment, parking space, WiFi, use of the estate grounds.

Pets are allowed subject to additional charge:
- 100 PLN - stay max 3 days
- PLN 200 - stay 4-7 days,
- the additional fee for additional animals (max. 3) is PLN 100 to the base price.

In Polanica-Zdrój a resort fee applies: PLN 5/person/day.

When booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total booking value or the full amount is required if the offer is non-refundable.

The apartments are fully equipped, year-round (underfloor heating), most have a private garden and / or terrace.

Each apartment comes standard with:

- 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with hotel beds,

- 1 or 2 bathrooms with shower, shower/bathtub,

- fully equipped kitchenette with a large table,

- living room with sofa bed and TV,

- bed linen, towels, cosmetics,

- covered terrace or balcony equipped with garden furniture,

- private and fenced garden (apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors),

The estate area is 2.5 ha of recreational area, fenced, available to guests.
