Rooms can be booked by phone. I am also happy to answer any questions sent by e-mail.
Binding reservation exists at the time the deposit is credited to the account.
In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the deposit.

The down payment is non-refundable below 30 days prior to arrival.

Each day of booking is payable.

The advance payment should be made to the given account number after telephone arrangements with the owner.

We offer 4 and 5-person family rooms with bathrooms and STUDIO rooms.

The studio room consists of a bathroom and 2 rooms, one of which is in the attic.

The rooms have balconies and sea views.

All rooms are equipped with a fridge, kettle, LCD, Wi-Fi, beach equipment

The building has a kitchenette with a fridge, gas stove,

microwave oven, cordless kettle, cutlery, plates, ironing board and iron.
For our smallest guests, we have a feeding chair, a travel cot,

a potty and a bathtub, as well as a stroller.
The building is heated.
The property is fenced, there is a parking lot, covered gazebo, table football, and a barbecue area.

For children play-ground, sandpit, swings, slide.

For the active guest we offer table soccer.

The offered accommodation is located in a newly built, independent building, situated

in the villa district of Władysławowo - Cetniewo,

to the beach is a 10-minute walk.
