The equipment includes a safe, TV (cable), fridge, microwave, induction hob, cordless kettle, kitchen utensils, two deckchairs, bed linen and towels.
PREMIUM houses have additional equipment - a grill, a rocking chair, a larger TV, a bar table in the kitchenette, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, and a larger terrace planted with various plants.

2 2/3-person apartments (17 m2) with bathroom and kitchenette.
2 apartments for 4 people (29 m2) with a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
