4-person apartment (1-4 people) PLN 550-750/day.
It is possible to negotiate prices for longer stays.
Reservation of a parking space in the underground car park: PLN 49/day.
The condition of the reservation is a deposit of 30% to the indicated account.

We offer an apartment:
area 30 m2 - up to 4 people - 1 double bed + double sofa bed + fold-out armchair-mattress, GARDEN WITH TERRACE.
The apartment has a separate bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, a washing machine and a TV with HD cable channels.
The equipment available to guests includes: bath towels, dryers, dishes, and bed linen.

We offer you an apartment located within the exclusive small housing estate SOPOCKA REZYDENCJA. The property is closed and guarded 24 hours a day - security guards are on site 24 hours a day. The estate has a fitness club available to residents, a children's playroom, billiards and table tennis, as well as a viewing terrace on the roof of the apartment building. As part of the property, on the internal patio, there is a playground for children available exclusively to its residents.
The property has its own underground parking lot.

The distance to the Sopot hippodrome with a horse racing track is 300 m.
Not far from our property there is a local Sopot market, where Kashubian farmers sell fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy products, cold cuts and bread.
