- COMFORT Apartment: 1-room apartment with kitchenette and bathroom. Ideal for families with children. It can easily accommodate a cot for a small child.
- 3-person COMFORT room with kitchenette and bathroom.
The kitchenette in the rooms and apartments is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes and a sink.
Some rooms have sloping ceilings.
- Apartment with kitchenette and bathroom. Equipped with TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, screen. Apartment may have a balcony.

Guests have access to a communal kitchen - stove, electric kettle, microwave, dishes.
