Holiday cottage regulations WHITE HOUSES in Jantar
1. Guests staying at the White Houses are kindly requested to follow the rules of safe and cultured recreation.
2. Only registered persons are entitled to use the White Houses. Upon registration, an identity document must be presented.
3. The hotel day lasts from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
4. The amount due is payable for the entire stay in advance, upon arrival (the settlement includes the deposit payment). Failure to use any of the services by the Guest does not entitle the Guest to request a refund of the amount paid.
5. A deposit for the cottage is required, which will be returned on the day of departure.
6. In case of damage to equipment/property, please inform the Reception employee so that it can be repaired/replaced. Financial compensation for the aforementioned repair/replacement will be charged according to the repair costs and must be paid no later than the day of departure.
7. Due to the fact that parents bear full responsibility for the safety and any consequences of their children’s actions, we ask for increased supervision over them.
8. Quiet hours apply on the premises from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
9. The owner is not responsible for any items left in the facility. Please exercise due diligence in closing windows and doors when leaving the room.
10. The owner of the facility is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest or for the property contained therein. The facility's parking lot is free of charge, unguarded.
11. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages.
12. Due to the wooden construction of the cottages, fire safety rules must be followed. It is not allowed to leave open fires unattended (kitchenette), do not use electric heating devices that are not part of the equipment.
13. In the event of a breach of the regulations, the owner of the facility may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the owner, in particular to pay for damage and destruction and leave the premises.
In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Tourist Services Act shall apply accordingly.
