Do prices depend on the date of stay?
Yes. Prices depend on the season, length of stay, and apartment selected. Current prices are available in the booking calendar.

Does the price depend on the number of people?
The price includes the stay in accordance with the maximum number of people assigned to a given apartment (4 or 6 people).

Is there an additional fee for children to stay?
Children under 1 year of age stay free of charge if they sleep with their parents and do not require a separate sleeping area. A travel cot is available for an additional fee of PLN 100 for the entire stay.

Can I come with a pet?
Selected apartments accept pets. Information about pet-friendly accommodations is included in the apartment description. Pet fees start at PLN 60 per night.

What does the price of your stay include?
- accommodation in a fully equipped apartment,
- air conditioning,
- free Wi-Fi,
- parking space,
- access to the year-round SPA zone (saunas, jacuzzi, salt cave),
- bathrobes for the SPA area,
- beach loungers and a screen,
- access to the playground,
- use of the bicycle shelter,
- a set of towels and bed linen.

What is extra charge?
- tourist tax in accordance with the applicable rate of the Kołobrzeg Commune,
- catering breakfasts,
- pet stay,
- travel cot – PLN 100 per stay,
- final cleaning in 6-person apartments – PLN 450.

Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A 500 PLN security deposit is required, collected as a hold on your payment card. After your stay and the apartment has been inspected, the hold will be lifted, and the funds will be returned to your account within 7 days of check-out, in accordance with bank procedures.

Is breakfast offered?
Yes. We offer a catered breakfast, prepared by a local restaurant and delivered directly to your apartment. The price is 30 PLN per person.

Are there any discounts offered?
We regularly prepare attractive promotional offers and discounts for selected dates and longer stays.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. For free cancellation reservations, a 30% deposit is required. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the total stay is required.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Each guest receives individual access codes enabling convenient and contactless check-in.

Is there on-site service?
Yes. Our team is on-site and available to assist guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.

We offer modern, fully equipped apartments ranging from 35 to 65 m² , designed for 4-6 people . Depending on the apartment chosen, guests have one or two separate bedrooms and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. Apartments for 6 people have two lockable bedrooms and a living room, or a two-story layout with one bedroom upstairs and another downstairs.

Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishes, pots, cutlery, and kitchen accessories, a refrigerator, a hob, a dishwasher, and an oven or microwave (depending on the apartment). Guests also have access to a dining table, spacious wardrobes, a washing machine, and a dryer.

Each apartment has a balcony, a terrace with a garden, or—in select apartments—a private rooftop terrace with lounge furniture. Also included are patio furniture, a set of towels, spa bathrobes, beach chairs, and a windbreak.

Apartments are located on the east or west side. West-facing apartments offer bright, sunny afternoons and evenings, while east-facing apartments remain pleasantly shaded during the latter part of the day, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the summer heat.
