Prices depend on the number of people and the date and length of stay.

Each additional person costs PLN 80 per day.

Additionally, we charge a spa fee of PLN 5.40 per person per day.

For bookings longer than 7 days we offer a 10% discount.

The reservation is guaranteed by paying an advance payment in an individually agreed amount and on time.

The remaining amount is payable in cash on arrival.

On the day of arrival we charge a deposit of PLN 500. The deposit is returned on the day of departure.

The stay begins at 15:00 and lasts until 10:00 on the day of departure.

We offer two year-round houses for 7 people, heated by a fireplace.

On the ground floor: living room with fireplace connected to open kitchen and dining room, bathroom, covered terrace.

Upstairs 3 bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots.

In each cottage: TV, home cinema, board games.

Wooden cottage for 4 people , with an area of 35 m2, consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping mezzanine. Outside it has a covered terrace.

The living room has a fold-out corner sofa, table and 4 chairs, TV, DVD.

The kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery.

We provide a baby cot and a highchair upon request.

We also invite you to our apartment located in the center of Świnoujście, at ul. Matejki 12 C.

The apartment for 4-5 people consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The offer includes Wi-Fi Internet access.

Possibility of staying with pets upon agreement.

On the premises: parking, barbecue area.

The area around the houses is fenced, with a separate entrance from Warzywna Street.

We rent bikes.
