Prices depend on the date of stay (season).
For longer stays, prices are negotiable.

Possibility of using a double room for one person, price negotiable.
We charge a local tax of PLN 2 per person per day.
Additional fee: baby cot PLN 50.
Possibility to purchase breakfast at a neighboring facility.

Confirmation of the reservation is a deposit of 40% of the cost of the stay.

The stay lasts from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Night silence from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

We offer comfortable rooms with bathrooms.

In the rooms: Wi-Fi internet access, TV, bedding, electric kettle, basic dishes.

Bathroom equipment: shower cabin, hairdryer, towels.

Most rooms with balconies.

Guests have access to a kitchenette, iron, and ironing board.

Kitchenette equipment: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cordless kettle, dishes.

For the youngest guests: travel cot, high chair, potty, toilet seat cover, bathtub.
On the premises: large garden, garden gazebo, barbecue facilities, deckchairs.

We offer free, lighted parking and bike rentals. The property is located within a fenced area.

For active people: badminton net, bicycles, Nordic walking sticks, ping-pong, table football.

At guests' disposal: garden, green area, summer swimming pool measuring 9.2 x 4.5 x 1.2 m, jacuzzi, deck chairs, chess.

The jacuzzi is available to our guests at no extra charge throughout the summer. After the summer season, guests can use the jacuzzi by notifying the owner in advance when booking and paying a fee.

For children: a table with crayons, two playgrounds: a slide, a sandbox, swings, a trampoline, and a football goal.

For active people: Czupel Mountain, Żar Mountain, lake, bike paths, hiking trails.
