The price depends on the number of people and the date of stay. The minimum stay is 2 days.

For stays over 7 days, discounts depending on the current promotional offer. No additional fees for final cleaning and utilities (water, electricity).

Free parking. Apartments are max. 4-seater, no extra beds available.

The stay for a small breed cat or dog is PLN 30/day, we do not accept large breed dogs. We provide a set of towels/persons for the entire stay, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets - included in the price of the stay. It is possible to change towels during your stay for an additional fee according to the price list. For stays longer than 10 days, towel replacement is included in the price of the stay.

The refundable deposit is PLN 400, payable in cash on arrival.
Additionally, a tourist tax of PLN 2.80 per person/day.

Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of a deposit in the agreed amount and date. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining amount of the stay is charged on the day of arrival. When booking the day before arrival, payment can be made on the day of arrival.

Possibility of payment in cash, transfer, BLIK.

The stay begins at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. It is possible to check-in or check-out outside the scheduled hours by prior arrangement. The facility has a quiet night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

All apartments have an area of 33 m2, intended for max. 4 people.
The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and corridor.
Each apartment has a separate entrance.

In the bedroom, we provide a hotel-type double bed or two single beds with comfortable mattresses, bedside tables with lamps and a built-in wardrobe with hangers.

The living room has a TV with HDMI and USB, a fold-out sofa with sleeping function or a hotel-type double bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, and a table with chairs.

The comfortable equipment of the kitchenette includes an induction cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, full tableware, cutlery and necessary accessories, pots and wine glasses.

In the corridor there is a built-in structure with hangers for outer clothes and shelves for shoes.

Apartments on the ground floor have access to a furnished terrace with a garden, while those located on the first floor have a spacious, furnished balcony.

There is a table with garden chairs on the balcony or terrace.

Each apartment has: electric bathroom heaters, a hair dryer, towels, kitchen cloths, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and screens, folders and leaflets with attractions, maps of walking and cycling routes, a list of necessary telephone numbers and a "first aid kit for bad weather". there are board games and playing cards.

Smoking is prohibited on the premises except in designated areas.

Jasieńczyk Apartments are located on a fenced property. There is a laundry room on site, where you can use a washing machine for an additional fee.

We provide an ironing board, an iron and foldable laundry dryers.

Guests have at their disposal a nicely arranged space around the facility with places prepared for relaxation, a barbecue with benches and a table, and side terraces with a nice view of the surrounding nature.

There is one parking space for each apartment. The parking lot is unattended. There are bicycle racks in the parking lot.

There is a 24-hour reception on site. We provide tourist and bicycle maps, folders and leaflets, as well as information about events and attractions in the region.

Near the facility there is a square with a basketball or volleyball court and an outdoor gym with a fireplace. On the way to the main beach (guarded), you can taste delicious, naturally made ice cream from a family factory. In Mielenko, there is also no shortage of restaurants serving waffles, pancakes and pizza, but you can also choose smoked or fried fish and complement your meal with a large piece of homemade cake.

We recommend cycling trips along the coastline along the Velo Baltica trail, the course of which coincides with sections of the long-distance routes "around the Baltic Sea" and the "Iron Curtain Trail". The route leads from Świnoujście and the island of Wolin through Dziwnów, Rewal, and reaches Kołobrzeg, from where, along a route running through the forest, right by the sea, you can reach Sarbinowo, Chłopy, MIELENK, then go to Mielno and go along the two beautiful lakes Jamno and Bukowo to Darłowo and beyond Jarosławiec!!!!

For keen anglers or people who want to try this form of recreation, we have maps with information and water areas in the area of the Mielno Local Fishing Group.

You can reach the entertaining Mielno in 15 minutes via the Linden Avenue, along which 150-year-old trees have been planted. Walking along the beach, you will reach the old fishing village of Chłopy, entered into the register of monuments, with preserved buildings from the 19th and early 20th centuries reflecting the character of the village. Attractions include the fishing harbor and the fishing boats parked there, as well as the pier, as well as the Fisherman's Village Treasury, where you can experience a simulation of a storm on the Baltic Sea.

On the way to Chłopy, it is also worth seeing the location of the sixteenth meridian, and walking to Mielno along the forest path along the sea, we will see two concrete bunkers built as part of the shore defense in 1940-41. An extraordinary attraction is the Hortulus Thematic Gardens in Dobrzyca with a maze and thematic gardens, organizing the annual Edible Flower Festival. Also noteworthy is the building of the Gothic Church from the 15th century in Mielno, where services are still held.

Families with children will find restaurants in our small town serving home-made dinners with unrivaled broth, tomato soup and homemade dumplings. Food outlets offer ice cream, waffles, kebab, fries, hamburgers and cold snacks. Moreover, on the way to the main beach you can easily find a pizzeria.

However, for people with individual nutritional needs, the solution will be to use dietary catering (box diets) offered together with the delivery service by companies from Koszalin.

Jasieńczyk Apartments are located in a quiet and peaceful area. In Mielenko there are grocery stores such as LEWIATAN, Żabka and others. In the center there is a bus stop from which both buses and scheduled buses depart. The unguarded beach can be reached in 10 minutes via a forest path. Mielenko is a small town where you can get everywhere on foot without too much effort.
