The price of PLN 50 per person applies in the low season and when 4 people use the apartment at the same time.

The price depends on the number of people and the length of stay. The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Discounts apply for stays longer than 7 days, depending on the current promotional offer. No additional fees for final cleaning or utilities (water, electricity).

Free parking. Wi-Fi throughout the property. Apartments accommodate a maximum of 4 people, with no extra beds available.

A small-breed cat or dog is charged 30 PLN per day; we do not accept large-breed dogs. We provide a set of towels for the entire stay, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets, all included in the price. Welcome tea and sugar are provided. Towels can be changed during your stay for an additional fee, as shown in the price list. For stays longer than 7 days, towel changes are included in the price.

The refundable deposit is PLN 400, payable in cash on arrival.
Additionally, there is a tourist tax of PLN 3.30 per person/day.

Confirmation of your reservation is a deposit payment in the agreed amount and on the agreed date. The remaining balance for the booked stay will be collected on arrival (cash, bank transfer, or BLIK). Free cancellation is possible at least 30 days before arrival. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be equal to the deposit paid.

For reservations made one day before arrival, payment is due on the day of arrival. Payment options include cash, bank transfer, or BLIK.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Check-in or check-out outside these hours is possible by prior arrangement. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

All apartments have an area of 33 m2, intended for max. 4 people.
The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and hall.
Each apartment has a separate entrance.

In the bedroom we provide a double hotel-type bed or two single beds with comfortable mattresses, bedside tables with lamps and a built-in wardrobe with hangers.

The living room has a TV with HDMI and USB, a fold-out sofa with sleeping function or a double hotel-type bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a table with chairs.

The comfortable kitchenette equipment includes an induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, full tableware, cutlery and necessary accessories, pots, wine glasses.

In the hallway there is built-in storage with hangers for outerwear and shelves for shoes.

The apartments on the ground floor have access to a furnished terrace with a garden, while those on the first floor have a spacious, furnished balcony.

On the balcony or terrace there is a table with garden chairs.

Each apartment is equipped with: electric bathroom heaters, a hair dryer, foldable clothes dryers, towels, kitchen cloths, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, screens, folders and leaflets with attractions, maps of hiking and cycling routes, a list of necessary telephone numbers and a "first aid kit for bad weather" containing board games and playing cards.

Smoking is prohibited within the facility except in designated areas.

The Jasieńczyk Apartments are located on a fenced property. There is a laundry room on the premises, where you can use the washing machine for an additional fee.

We provide an ironing board and iron.

Guests have at their disposal a nicely arranged space around the facility with places prepared for relaxation, a barbecue with benches and a table, and side terraces with a nice view of the surrounding nature.

There is one parking space for each apartment. The parking lot is unattended. There are bicycle racks in the parking lot.

There is a 24-hour reception desk on site. We provide tourist and bike maps, brochures and leaflets as well as information on events and attractions in the region.

Smoking is prohibited within the facility except in designated areas.

Near the facility there is a square with a basketball or volleyball court and an outdoor gym with a place for a bonfire. On the way to the main beach (guarded) you can taste delicious natural ice cream from a family factory. In Mielenko there is also no shortage of catering points serving waffles, pancakes or pizza, but you can also go for smoked or fried fish and complete the meal with a large piece of homemade cake.

We recommend cycling trips along the coastline along the Velo Baltica trail, the course of which overlaps with the long-distance sections of the routes "around the Baltic Sea" and the "Iron Curtain Trail". The route leads all the way from Świnoujście and Wolin Island through Dziwnów, Rewal, reaches Kołobrzeg from where you can reach Sarbinowo, Chłopów, MIELENKO along the route running through the forest, right by the sea, then go to Mielno and set off along two beautiful lakes Jamno and Bukowo to Darłowo and then all the way behind Jarosławiec!!!!

For keen anglers or those who would like to try this form of recreation, we have maps with information and water areas in the area of the Mieleńska Local Fishing Group.

You can reach the entertainment Mielno in 15 minutes by walking along the Linden Alley, along which 150-year-old trees have been planted. Walking along the beach, you will reach the old fishing village of Chłopy, entered into the register of historical monuments, where buildings from the 19th and early 20th centuries have been preserved, reflecting the character of the village. Attractions include the fishing port and fishing boats parked there, as well as the pier, and the Fishing Village Treasury, where you can experience a simulation of a storm on the Baltic Sea.

On the way to Chłopy it is also worth seeing the place where the sixteenth meridian runs, and walking to Mielno along the forest path along the sea, we will see two concrete bunkers built as part of the coastal defense in 1940-41. An unusual attraction is the Hortulus Thematic Gardens in Dobrzyca with a labyrinth and thematic gardens, which organize the Edible Flower Festival every year. Also worthy of attention is the building of the Gothic Church from the 15th century in Mielno, where services are still held.

In addition, you can also go to fairs, festivals, concerts or dances organized by the Culture Center in Mielno, and the permanent attractions of the region in the spring and summer period include the Mielno Artistic Summer, Cinema on Deckchairs, Mielno Kupala Night and many others...

From our facility you can easily reach each of the events by melex, taxi or regularly running choo-choo train.

Mielenko offers tourists a full package in its gastronomic offer. Lovers of Baltic fish will have a choice of fish fryers or smokehouses. Families with children will find restaurants in our small town serving home-made dinners with unrivaled broth, tomato soup and homemade dumplings. Lovers of pork chop or Hungarian pancake will also find something for themselves. Most restaurants offer dine-in or takeout.

Food outlets offer ice cream, waffles, kebab, fries, hamburgers and cold snacks. Moreover, on the way to the main beach you can easily find a pizzeria.

However, for people with individual nutritional needs, the solution will be to use dietary catering (box diets) offered together with the delivery service by companies from Koszalin.

Jasieńczyk Apartments are located in a quiet and peaceful area. In Mielenko there are grocery stores such as LEWIATAN, Żabka and others. In the center there is a bus stop from which both buses and scheduled buses depart. The unguarded beach can be reached in 10 minutes via a forest path. Mielenko is a small town where you can get everywhere on foot without too much effort.

Jasieńczyk Apartments are a real rest on the shore of the Baltic Sea. Our intimate facility has a great location, making it a perfect starting point for exploring the area.
