To make a reservation, you must pay a 20% reservation fee. Upon cancellation, the deposit is forfeited, unless the property is re-booked, in which case it will be refunded to the client.

The property has two separate bedrooms (2+3), a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, garden furniture, all necessary dishes and appliances.

This 100m² apartment/flat has a separate entrance, a 38m² living room with kitchen, a 12m² bathroom, and two large attic bedrooms. The apartment offers direct access to the terrace and garden.

Radochów is a beautiful village located in Kotlina Kłodzka, 3.5 km from Lądek-Zdrój. It is located on the route from Kłodzko to Lądek, in the middle of the Biała Lądecka valley. The village is 1.5 km away from the main road, so it is quiet and peaceful. The surroundings of Radochów are very picturesque and interestingly scenic.
The house we offer is located in the middle of our garden, 50 m from the crystal clear river rich in trout.
