Additional information: prices depend on the number of people in the cottage, date and length of stay.

The price from the price list does not include the fee for consumed electricity of PLN 1.18 per 1 kWh (in the summer season with normal use it is about PLN 15-20/day/house, in the heating season - PLN 35-40/day/house).
During the holiday season, cottage reservations are for a minimum of 7 days.

We do not rent houses to minors!!!! We do not rent houses for parties such as "eighteenth birthdays", "bachelor parties", etc.

We accept pets. The fee for a pet's stay is 10 PLN/day. Please let us know in advance if you intend to bring a pet.

The stay lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, outside the holiday season as agreed by phone or email.

RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY AFTER A DEPOSIT. A deposit of 30% of the total stay or the entire stay must be made no later than 3 days after the initial reservation by phone or email. THE REMAINING AMOUNT IS PAYABLE ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR SHORTENING THE STAY, THE FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. BY PAYING THE DEPOSIT, THE LANDLORD ACCEPTS THE ABOVE INFORMATION.

When making the payment, please provide the date from when to when, which cottage the reservation applies to, the telephone number and the name of the person making the reservation!!!!

We offer year-round cottages for rent, heated in the autumn and winter season. Some houses have air conditioning (a house for 7 people, a house for 6 people and a mini wooden holiday house for 3 people, in these houses a fee is charged for using the air conditioning, the fee is calculated according to the electricity consumed, according to the meter readings)

The cottages are located on the provincial road leading to Żywiec and Lake Międzybrodzkie, about 100 m from the dam in Porąbka. The PKS bus stop is located approximately 60 m from the cottages and runs according to the local timetable. The distance to the center of Międzybrodzie Bialskie is approximately 2 km.

Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire Center.

The layout of the rooms in the brick house for 7 people: living room, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and covered terrace with garden furniture.
There is one TV set in the cottage with a digital TV program. Kitchenette equipment: kettle, 4-burner gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dishes, cutlery.
In a 7-person house. brick building, there are two bedrooms in the attic. Each room is equipped with a single bed and a double bed.
There is a fold-out sofa in the living room.
The 6-person brick house with a balcony in the attic has one 4-person bedroom with single beds, on the ground floor there is one single bedroom, a living room with the possibility of sleeping one person on the sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom.

We also offer a mini wooden house for 2 or 3 people - all year round.
The house consists of: a living room with TV, a 2-person sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping space on the mezzanine for 2 people. This house has a bedroom on the mezzanine, it is quite a low room, we do not recommend it for older people. This cottage is intended for parents with children. This bedroom is recommended for children.
The house has a terrace equipped with garden furniture, an umbrella and a barbecue.

Each cottage has its own barbecue.

We provide bed linen in accordance with the number of places booked in the cottage, but you must bring your own towels.

SMOKING IS TOTALLY PROHIBITED IN THE HOUSES!!!! FINANCIAL PENALTIES WILL BE CHARGED FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE PROHIBITION!!!

For the active guest: hiking trails, cycle lanes, rope park, sailing, water sports, canoeing trips, paintball.

Tourist attractions: museum, salt mine.

The facility is located on a plot of 1800 m2, near the forest.

At a distance of 100 m there is a dam on Lake Międzybrodzkie in Porąbka.
Nearby: Lake Żywieckie and Międzybrodzkie.
