The price from the price list should be supplemented with a fee for consumed electricity of PLN 1.18 per 1 kWh (in the summer season, with normal use, it is about PLN 10-12/day/house, in the heating season - PLN 35-40/day/house).
During the holiday season, reservations of houses for min. 6 days. We do not rent houses to minors!!!!
Stay day from 15.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure, outside the holiday season, as agreed by phone or e-mail.
RESERVATIONS ONLY AFTER PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT!!!! The advance payment should be made no later than 3 days from the date of the initial reservation by phone or e-mail, 30% of the value of the stay or for the entire stay. THE REMAINING AMOUNT PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL. IN CASE OF RESIGNATION FROM STAY OR WISHING TO SHORTEN THE STAY, THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED. BY PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT, THE LESSOR ACCEPT THE ABOVE INFORMATION. When making the payment, specify the date from when to when, which house the reservation applies to, phone number and name of the person making the reservation!!!!

We have 5 year-round houses, three made of brick and two wooden, heated in the autumn and winter season.
Wi-Fi coverage throughout the resort.

Distribution of rooms in 8-person brick houses: living room, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and a covered terrace with garden furniture.
In the cottage: DVD, TV-LCD, TV. Kitchenette equipment: kettle, 4-burner gas cooker, fridge, microwave oven, dishes, cutlery.
There are two attic bedrooms in 8-person brick houses. Each of the rooms has a single bed and a double bed.
In both houses in the living room there is a double convertible sofa.
In a brick house for 6 people with a balcony in the attic there is one 4-person bedroom with single beds, on the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room with the possibility of sleeping one person on a sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom.

We also offer a 4-person wooden house, heated in the autumn season.
The house consists of: a living room with TV, a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a mezzanine sleeping place for 2 people.
The cottage has a terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasol and a barbecue.

Each cottage has its own barbecue.

SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED IN THE COTTAGES !!!! FINANCIAL PENALTIES WILL BE COLLECTED FOR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE PROHIBITION !!!

We would like to inform you about the ongoing renovation of the DW 948 section leading through Miedzybrodzie Bialskie. There are difficulties in continuous traffic (traffic lights), sidewalks and bridge infrastructure are being renovated.
